Costing a fortune you would think that the baked potatoes were fresh, not even close. Ask for EXTRA sour cream and butter and get one of each which had me wasting more time waiting in line again for something I should have gotten in the first place. They do not put alot of cheese on the fries which is sick as I said because the cost of things you would think you would get more than a tablespoon of it. Beginning to think no fast food places are worthy time and money anymore.

Drive through screen is broken and has been for years, chances of getting a correct order seem to be about 50/50. Had a coupon for filling out a survey one time, it took 4 people to figure out how to use it.
They are fantastic at this location! Asked for chili sauce and they made sure to give me extra sauces :) very polite and had excellent customer service
Usually Wendy's is my top choice for burger drive thru, but this location feels kind of rundown and disorganized in comparison to others. When I look at the place as I drive up, all worn and sign lighting not working right, etc., I can't help but wonder if the outside looks like it hasn't seen maintenance in 25 years, what's going on inside? I mean if they are not caring what the property looks like to get people in the door, why would they care about the state of anything else? The wait time is always long here too compared to other Wendys. Occasionally, my order has food in it that's barely warm, straight out of the drive thru window. I get working in a busy restaurant is hard work, but it's just not the experience I'm used to at Wendys. 3 stars because the employees are always nice and it's the home of the Baconator. -2 stars for bad franchise management. I'd visit more often if they freshened the place up a bit.
I drive I truck so I can't go to the drive through they where open on the inside but told me the dining room was closed and could notnseve me. Smh your there just put the order through on the drive thru side and give it to me inside or lock the doors next time.
I ordered my food using door dash and they forgot my 6 spicy nuggets. When I called it they were very disrespectful, saying how they couldn’t do anything and that I would have to call the Uber driver. Very disrespectful
My girlfriend ordered through the Wendy’s delivery app didn’t get her money back or her two cookies , I went through the drivetru with her and the girl was giving a nasty attitude, I forgot to order my gf mom cookies at the speaker , so I did it at the window worker rolled her eyes and slammed the window like a bad additude to us , so when after paying I snatched the bag from her and drove off after paying and never returning to this location little suburban snots theses Liverpool workers are , the city of Syracuse and Cicero and north Syracuse never treats me so bad like businesses out here they greet u and don’t roll eyes and give a additude even if they’re flustered don’t show it at work but over cookies this is wild u gunna get mad cause u work at Wendy’s then don’t work there

Food wasn’t bad. Very long wait at the drive through. Only 2 people in line and I was there for about 12 mins. A bit excessive for a drive through. I wasn’t in a rush but the customer service is what got me. Not friendly whatsoever. Not rude just very blah. No hello or goodbye or thank you or sorry about the wait or anything. I realize it’s pretty small but common courtesy used to be a basic requirement for those in customer service positions. The guy working sounded more like he brought a bad day to work with him
Very slow, Food is decent, Staff seems very unqualified , And make Mistakes. That 1 would think would be simple task to perform. Like given you back the correct change. And the correct order.
