they use to have such nice and polite cashiers. Now most of them are rude. the last four times I have gone there I have asked them not to pack to heavy and they ignore me. I have complained three times but it doesn't change. For the amount of money I spend this is not acceptable.
Yvonne is the deli is beyond rude. She wasn’t even taking our order and decided it was her place to insert herself. Called my husband a liar I’m so many words.. this is a store I will never go into again. The service desk apologized and tried to give me the sub I was so irritated I refused and left.. go to another deli you’ll be served better.
First time here at the wegmans store.. love the store ? I found some awesome stuff like carmalized walnuts with dark caramel flavor
The store is set up for the customer, everything is marked off as far as location and prices. The food,vegetables & meats etc. all look excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. When I went into the store this morning I ordered a pound of baloney from the deli a woman whose name tag read Amy Tessier served me & she was very knowledgeable as far as the products . I had questions on a couple meats and cheeses & she had answers for me and was very kind and professional .. she wore gloves had a face mask on and her hair was pulled back with a hat on what more could I ask for on top of that I could tell she greeted me with a smile underneath that mask so I just want to say thank you to Amy..
The cashier was rude, unprofessional, untrained and unapologetic regarding your policy at Rt57 Wegmans.
Love this store. Great products, professional staff
The options are endless and coffee is always fresh. My go to spot to regroup and get some healthy food in.
