Beyond slow!!! stood in line for over 30 mins for a simple meal which I could have grabbed myself. They need more people at counter to handle and fill orders not just drive thru. They did offer me a free desert for the wait.
We order from this location and normally have no problems but today my kids got chicken sandwiches that were completely disgusting. They were globbed in Mayo. like a ridiculous amount. And I lifted the bun to see if the mayo fell out on one side. Nope it has that much covering it in it's entirety. This is absolutely disgusting, $36 in the garbage!
Improper use of covid 19 protective gear. Witnessed employee pull mask down a couple times to talk never changing gloves. Did not change gloves between transactions with customer money. Did not wipe counter in between customers who were standing bunched together. If you're looking to get ill, this is the place! They don't care they make their money!
Horrible experience at the 7th North Street, Syracuse location. Bad service, bad attitudes and managers that just don’t care.
Came here to try the new kfc wings after work as it was close, thought the wings looked funny so I used a fork and knife to cut 2 of my 6 open to find RAW chicken!! Also ordered a quesadilla no creamy jalapeño JUST Incase to which they added the creamy sauce I had to correct that. the cashier wasn't happy about that and made it right but that could've been serious had I not looked! I've had an issue here before but I thought I'd give a second chance....won't risk this location again period under any circumstances.
Yes it was busy but very disappointing to get back to the hotel and realize 1/2 the order was not in the bag.
It was an alright experience. I like Taco Bell and inexpensive prices. On the other hand, KFC is down right expensive. I guess KFC doesn't get it that many other places sel SOuthern Fried Chicken, and you're not robbed. If KFC ever figures things out, they can make more on repeat business. Many supermarkets compete and can now make Fried Chicken that tastes and is cooked very similar .
You just can't beat the KFC for delicious chicken and all the best sides that satisfy even the hungriest people.
Won't be going to this restaurant anymore. First time I went they didn't even have soda working. Meal came with soda but they were out of Pepsi products. Even behind the counter soda machine was not working per the employee. Next time I went the soda worked but when you would get soda water would more onto you. Please was not cleaned and it took a really long time for two $5.00 chicken breast meals. Board of health should look into this place.
