We usually love Twin Trees. Our kitchen is being remodeled. The wings were over cooked with no sauce, the French fries were under cooked, grease soggy, 30 dollars later... we will not order from them again!

I came in this evening and the staff was extremely friendly and warm and so kind treated there customers before with respect and even my self I never thought people can be that amazing . This is the type of place you want to bring your family to welcoming friendly and very caring & there pizza is worth every bite I love the two woman that placed my order was extremely kind I will be coming back thank you ??

Ordered a large pepperoni and 20 wings for dinner and the food was terrible. I was shown the pizza before leaving and one side was burned but didnt look bad but after eating it i was very disappointed due to it being really burned underneath. My wing order wasnt ready when i got there and was told they were tossing the wings in sauce but when i got home there was zero sauce on the wings not to mention they were so overcooked and dry they werent edible. I was told to bring the food back so it can be remade but i live 30 minutes away and was only offered a $5 coupon when my order was $50 and gas is expensive i feel the food should be made right the first time. Now im out $50 & have to order from somewhere else. Ill never solicit this establishment ever again and will definitely recommend my friends family & coworkers to avoid this place by all means

Ordered pizza many times and always great. Ordered onion rings with the pizza tonight. Very disappointed greasy, also looked like they were in old grease.

The waitress was great....and she was trying... But when it takes 50 minutes for the appitizer .. to show up... And it was only fries and gravy...the kitchen time was a turn off... Don't think we will be going there again... Wich is to bad cause as I said the waitress was good.. but the rest sucked... sorry to say

Last several times I've ordered my crust has always been burnt and hard. After having E Syr and N Syr and Solvay Twin Trees...this one is a complete andnitter disappointment and failure. Idk what or how they're different but it's overpriced and not worth it.

Let me start out by saying that this is the best pizza I've had ever better than anywhere else that I've ever been. They're generous with their toppings and the crust is light but crispy. Now on our last visit we decided to have something other than pizza I tried their chicken wings they're called jumbo wings they weren't jumbo they were kind of small. Personally I like my wings to be juicy these were extra crispy in my humble opinion overcooked. I like my wings mild but the sauce that they use it didn't taste like there was anything on it at all there was no heat at all I could easily have gotten away with medium maybe even hot wings. I don't recommend the wings. As for the calzone it was okay couldn't really taste the ricotta cheese the toppings were okay equivalent to half of a medium Pizza which is what they do is take a whole medium pizza and flip it over with the toppings inside. Now this wouldn't be a big deal cuz that's how calzones are made. However they charge a $1.75 per topping which is the same that they charge for a medium Pizza. But they're only using half the amount of toppings that they would use on a medium Pizza. Overall if you're looking for pizza this is the best place to go just be careful of getting something other than their Pizza I can't recommend many of the items I haven't tried but the couple that I did were less than thrilling.

We ordered from here yesterday. We got 2 orders of char grilled wings, some fries and mozz sticks. The wings were completely burnt, like literally black and the ones that weren't black were so over cooked it was dry. There was barely any sauce on the honey garlic boneless wings. We literally threw our food in the trash and grabbed ceasars pizza instead. Spent $50 for food we did not eat. This was my first time ordering from them and I promise my last. Do not recommend at all. Unless you wanna waste money.

Was looking forward to have what used to be some of my favorite wings around for the first time in a long time. I got char grilled boneless lemon pepper wings. I asked for extra seasoning and butter as I know sometimes they wouldn't get retossed after charring. What I recieved was not only bone dry but beyond burnt and without the 2 extra bc I had paid for. The traditional wings weren't bad though a little overcooked which happens as I've worked in the business for 12+ years. The sub was just fine. Im not sure if there's new staff or if understaffed but i hope this place doesn't fall by the wayside and can get back to what I once knew.

The service was incredible, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was ethereal, our server was both caring and hilarious, the owner actually came out to make sure everything was too our liking, and the prices were unbelievably low. I couldn’t recommend it more. Did I mention how great the food was?
