not to be that guy but i’ve never been so continually disappointed by a fast food chain repeatedly making my order wrong. no sour cream means no sour cream ..... i’m just sad cause i was looking forward to this crunchwrap so now i have to be hungry and cry about it. 2/10 yall do better..... and it hurts me bc i love taco bell and the workers were so nice
My fiance just waited in line for 15 minutes (at 9:45pm) to grab some quick food before work. At 10pm, when he was the next car to the window, someone came out and said "sorry we are closed" and backed everyone out of the drive thru.This is not only ridiculous that you can't finish the line you have, but fix your stated hours if you aren't open until 11pm anymore.
I haven't had Taco Bell since summer of 2000 and definitely am not missing anything. I went tonight thru the drive thru cause I figured try it. Ordered the $10 cravings box. Got home and the Chalupa was salty and I didn't notice the steak the online menu mentioned. The five layer burrito was just a wrap with alot of refried beans. What happened to layers #3, #4 and #5? No meat, no cheese and no sour cream in it. Just beans inside. That was a waste of $10 which I'll never step foot in a Taco Bell again
Been to this one 3 times. They never get it right.For got my drink.For got my meal.No sauce in bag.No condiments in bag.No napkins in bag.No hot sauce after asking for them.They are clueless at this one.
Got through the drive-thru very quickly, and they remembered all the extra sauces!
Why is this the SECOND TIME I order black bean.. and I get beef! I am vegan and seriously am in Awh how ridiculous this place is. I want corporate to follow up.. clearly the managers don’t do anything with their employees. Un-FIng-believeable.
The employees at this location have one speed (sloth-slow) and customer service is not at the top of their priorities. They don't even acknowledge you when you approach the counter until after you've stared at them for 5 minutes. The adults in charge, if there even are any, should be ashamed of the terrible service
Got order to go. No sauce in bag. No napkins in bag. Ordered a small soda got a large. Too big to fit in car holder. Food was good. But sure wish it had the sauce.
My girlfriend and I got food for 5, we pulled up and needed time to write everything down she said take your time. it was a pretty complicated order but she understood everything very well and asked if the order looks right. We always check our food after and they got everything perfect with a bonus of two soft tacos. Thanks Taco Bell
