I'll still give them 5 stars because every other time I come here they do apsolutely AMAZZINNNG but today's staff gave me my order completely wrong..didn't recognize any of the staff I asked for a large they made the drink right but gave me a small ..which is a grande even though grande actually means large but I said a large iced latte they gave me a small and my girlfriend asked for a medium they gave her a small ..14 dollars for 2 small coffees? I don't think so . So I go back up to the lady and I say I think this was supposed to be a large and she said it is it's grande and I didn't even wanna fight with her because I work at Dunkin so I understand how frustrating customers can be and I know I hate it when they complain but if it was my money I would have said more .I feel like I'm the only person who believes calling a grande a smallmakes no sense.
I had a gift card. Other wise I don't buy thier overpriced stuff.

I come here almost daily/very very regularly because I work down the road and have a caffeine addiction. Typically, I order through the mobile app and it takes less than five minutes to get through the drive-through unless there are multiple cars in front of me in which case it takes less than 10 minutes. My drink isn’t the easiest/fastest because I add 1-3 customizations like cold foam or other flavors, but even if I don’t order ahead it comes out fast.Unlike other locations, I’ve never had any comments from the barista taking my order about my customizations (which even if meant to be positive, I anxiously overanalyze and might interpret at negative comments-but that’s on me.) The few times I have a question about a new drink/need a substitute, they answer without judgement and ina friendly tone. So, I thank the baristas here for just letting me order without saying “that’s an interesting choice!”/etc99% of the time that I’ve gone through the drive-through, the staff has been very friendly, kind, and in a good mood. Sometimes the barista at the window will even complement my aesthetic/look. One day a few months ago, I was having an awful morning and felt as though my day was going to drag on based on how it started… but the barista enthusiastically complemented my outfit and hair and said “idk it just seemed like you needed to hear that today!” And they were right-more than they know! Their compliments turned my morning around and between that and the coffee, allowed me to start my shift in a good mood feeling confident. That ended up being an extremely productive day for me. Thank you.Sometimes I come through with my dog, and they might compliment him too!The team here is great, their bright mood lifts mine, and I’ve never had a bad drink from this location. A stop at this location before work always starts my day off positively.
I never have a problems with my order or the very friendly employees that work there, but the drive through is NEVER open, I work down the street and it happens way too often. It’s 3:30 in the afternoon right now. I understand they’re understaffed but it’s so often I don’t even go to this location anymore.
I visit this location every once in awhile. I always order through the app. Most of the time it's a quick experience because I go in the store to pick up the order and don't have to talk to anyone. Last time it was later in the evening and didn't anticipate a line at the drive thru so I picked it up through there. Was handed the cake pops for my kids and told to have a goodnight. Patiently waited for someone to come back to the window so I could remind them of my drinks. The girl working told me that there was no drink order and the only mobile order was for Heidi and not for me. I pulled up my app to double check that the order went through correctly and showed her the receipt with the two drinks. She still didn't believe me and started giving attitude telling me she had no such order. She then asks to see the sticker on the cake pop bag because she doesn't believe me or the receipt. The sticker showed 4 items total being in the order. She gets sassy and states "I don't have that order, that's so weird" and at this point another employee comes up and takes the order for our two drinks and makes them. Too much hassle.
I love there coffee, But, it's getting so expensive that if I'm buying for the guys in our garage it cost me near thirty dollars, and if you want donuts with the order, O.M.G. YOU have take out a loan !!??
Great baristas! They move quickly and are super nice. Love this Starbucks!
A customer got angry for having to wait because it was slammed today and started yelling at the baristas who all handled the situation in a positive (and amusing) attitude, so they get 5 stars just for that.
