Had to bump my rating down a few stars. More often than not your order will be incorrect or there will be an issue with it. Use the app for drive thru pickup and drive thru will be closed. When drive thru is open they have your coffee at the front entrance for walk in pickup. Orders are frequently mixed up, missing, I honestly don't know what's going on here anymore, it's almost as if Starbucks has completely given up on their customers. What a shame because the coffee tastes quite nice, it's just no longer worth the hassle.
As many other reviews state, they do tend to take their time but I haven’t experienced as long of a wait as others described
No one in drive thru.. sat and waited and did not get service after 5 min I drove off
Today our flight was canceled and we can’t fly out until Wednesday. We were very disappointed and annoyed. We stopped for coffee here. The barista in the drive-thru gave me my coffee on the house because he could sense we were having a bad day. Almost cried because of his kindness!
Wait in line for 15 mins for 5 dollar coffee, not me, not again
White Bald employee who works drive through is extremely rude. I went two separate days and had the unfortunate experience to deal with his attitude.

This is by far my favorite NY Starbucks that I have been too, the staff really makes all the difference
