The food was great, Collin our waiter was fantastic and I can't think the bartender Jess enough to help me find a way to pay for the bill for my brother's and sister in laws birthdays without them knowing. It was an all around great experience!
Last night I called to place a take out at 10:30pm well before 11:00 p.m. closing. I was told by the person answering the phone in a meek voice no the kitchen was closed. Absolutely no accountability and your managers should be responsible for allowing this to happen. I run a restaurant and it isn’t fun to handle last minute orders, but this was 30 minutes before closing. NOT LAST MINUTE AT ALL. You take the risk of breaking down your line before closing and if a customer wants food then you have to accommodate them. That shouldn’t be the customers fault???
Ordered to go, got home and was missing my meal. I called and after talking to two people who clearly don't know what they're doing I was passed along to the manager. She offered to make a new meal, I declined as I was home ready. She processed a refund very quickly. Was so disappointed as it was my anniversary and birthday dinner ):
Server Samantha D, was really quick to check on the table multiple times. The food was served in a timely manner, but was a little over cooked, still tasted well nonetheless. Biscuits were nice and fresh. I give it 4/5.
We had went there for my sons 29th birthday party. We all got there at 200pm. They gave us a table at 2:20pm. The waitress took our orders. We watched people eat their dinners and leave. Finally I spoke up because I didn’t want a scene on my sons birthday. It was 3:30pm and we still didn’t have our dinners. The manager came out said our food will be right out and we never saw him again. They sent the bartender out to wait on us. There were more waitresses I felt that was odd. 3:45pm our dinners came out. They had messed up three dinner orders. My wife’s and my bay scallops were rubbery, I had fried and she had broiled. Our coconut shrimp were dried out. The bartender said he would fix the bill. My daughter went to the bathroom the original waitress was in there crying. My wife felt sorry for her so when the bill came out she paid the full amount. This was my wife’s favorite place. Me personally i will never go there again. What an awful birthday to remember. Not even a happy birthday out of any of them.
Service was a good as possible, they were slammed and under staffed.. but .. the servers did their best.. unfortunately, the prices went up and the portions got smaller.. I get it inflation.. but.. they do have lower priced items like a $10 menu .

Little bit of a wait to get seated, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. And plenty of it, everyone took some home. Waitress was very attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to get what we needed.
