The pandemic definitely affected your business they're on their way back to bringing it up to pre-pandemic levels but it will take some time they need to work on there salad bar it's nowhere near what it used to be however they are working on that and improving it they do plan on bringing the dessert pizza back it's just going to take some time but definitely don't give up the ship on this still nice to go in and eat
Well this will be the last time. I go to this location. Angry employees. Looks like they didn't care when making the food. This is 2nd time that I had a bad experience. The pizza was over cooked clearly made with hate. Pizza tasted so bad. Wasn't even enjoyable ruined my day. I feel sick to my stomach. Worse tasting pizza. I'm very disappointed. I used to love pizza hut but now the quality went down.the edge pizza isn't worth the 15 bucks they are asking for. Domino's pan pizza is way better than this. I will be going to Domino's or even little Caesars if I ever want to get a fix. Pizza hut no more for me after this.

Cheesy breadsticks are the best! Tried new Spicy Lovers Pizza, good flavor and definitely spicy! Fast, friendly service. No salad bar, was told it’s gone forever :(

The delivery guy on 1/7/22 was very nice. It was snowing pretty good, not a fun night to be driving, and he was very friendly and cracked a joke. Not sure I would be that chipper if I was in his shoes. Thanks so much!

Even though the restaurant was extremely busy with carryout orders and orders were running about 20 minutes behind, the professional and polite staff made the wait unnoticeable. My order was accurate and delicious, so call this a great experience.
Dirty, check. Slow, check. Understaffed and angry employees, check. This place hits on all reasons never to come here. Stopped here for a quick pizza that per the online app said was ready. When I arrived at the location it took 15 minutes to speak to the first employee, my app advised the pizza was ready before I even entered the building, however, once I arrived I was told about 15-20 minutes. This took almost a half an hour to receive my pizza at this point. Completely unacceptable for a chain to have such a miserable experience, slow service, and inaccurate order technology. Do better pizza hut.
Make sure items are not overcooked. I usually love your food but this time you pizzas were burned and so was the cheesebread. Another item was the wings. They were so little, I can compare them in size to my little finger. My purchase was the holiday box plus wings
