I went to the liverpool, store , the employees that were behind the counter seemed very unkept, messy, the grill was dirty, all the salsa bowls were empty, the table I sat at was dirty as was the one on each side, you would think they were busy ,but there was only two tables with people at them .I was going to eat there ,changed my mind , just to messy, , ,even the floor . .the time was 5p.m. dinner time, and there prices went up.
This was my first time at this location, first impression was good.The employees were friendly, courteous and had a good sense of humor.The food was good, but only gave 4 stars because it obviously isn't authentic Mexican food. {Not that they claim to be}The place seemed to be clean and in good order.Based upon this visit, I would recommend this location to everyone I know.
The quality has declined in the last year or so. The chicken is sadly overdone and tasteless. If you order online be prepared to be let down. Your food will be tossed together at breakneck speed with no quality in mind. You can get better food by having them make it fresh in front of you.
Good and reasonable prices for their food. Clean facility and friendly staff!!. Keep up the good work.
Food is fine but I watched the cashier take a cash payment from the woman in front of me and then went and touched a quesadilla with the same gloves she had on when she took the payment just seems unsanitary to me.
Food was good. It was really cool to see them making their own chips. One worker had a face covering and the rest were unmasked which was disappointing.
Customers should be asked if dining in or taking out so those dining in can have something to eat their burrito in instead of only on the foil they are wrapped in. Tables unfortunately not cleaned off between diners at least while we were there. Burritos should be somehow labeled so they can be identified buy labeling instead of having to unwrap them at the table on the foil once again and not on any time of plate to differentiate them. We love Moe's and are members of their online Moe's membership where you earn point toward $$$ off of future purchases and free birthday burritos.so we are definitely fans of Moe's. This meal left a bad taste in our mouths.
Staff is amazing. COMPANY NEED TO PAY THEM MORE cause they're doing 5x the work with online walk in orders
I'm sure most people know what to expect from Moe's by now, it's become a comfort place for simple, yet tasty Mexican food. My go to is always the homewrecker, loaded up with nearly as many toppings as they offer, as if issuing a challenge to the workers to test their wrapping skills. The food itself isn't necessarily great, a step above mediocrity, but that almost makes it better. Comfort food at its finest. My only small gripe was the seating area was fairly dirty, however, the place was quite busy so the staff can't be faulted for that.
Currently ordering while writing this review. Everyone here at 7:00 on friday January 7th needs an attitude check. Talking to eachother with attitude and creating a very unfriendly environment.
