First time visiting this location. I am sad to say, it is probably the worst location I have ever been too.I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal. When I got back to work and opened up my bag to eat, what I was presented with was a pile of slop for a burger. It literally looked like someone had intentionally dumped half a bottle of ketchup in the middle of the burger itself, also I believe that it could have been put together better by Ray Charles then whoever was working food prep at the time.Also let me mention, as soon as I went inside to order my food, I was immediately told that I could not eat in the dining room because there was a small leak in the roof that was on the opposite side of where I currently was. So apparently they had to close the whole dining room down because of a couple drips on the floor.I will definitely be following up with a call to this location to speak to the manager about my ordeal.

The woman taking my order was extremely disrespectful. I wasn’t sure if she asked if I was using the app or if I’d like to order, so I asked her nicely to repeat herself. She was disgusted and spoke condescendingly and extremely slow back, mocking me. I then went to the first window, waited, but no one came by, so I went to the second window assuming I pay there. She came and ripped my credit card from my hand as she shook her head as she walked away

You got to work hard to get a low score for a McDonald's but this place falls into that category. From missing items, to rude service, to employees (including Managers) who obviously don't want to be there I would highly advise to anyone going through the drive thru to thoroughly check your order when you get it to make sure you have everything before driving off.*UPDATE 4/22/22*Tried dine in for the first time in two years. Place was clean, which was a plus, but you could tell they're still geared for take-out then dine in service. Only two trash cans with one squirrel away in a corner, soda fountain was sparsely stock with no Ketchup dispenser filled (and no ketchup packets offered, had to ask for them), and only one person working up front with the rest at the drive thru window. Still had bad experiences at the drive thru throughout the pandemic with missing items. And they want fifteen bucks an hour and still can't get an order right ?

Absolutely horrible service. I even talked to a manager after 15 minutes of not getting a order placed in the mobile app and he had every excuse in the book. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just like any McDonald's, nothing special but the staff was not properly trained when an issue with their card reader arrised. Other than that, not awful.

Fast food some times they get your order right sometimes they don't

The manager and the second window drive thru woman have disgusting attitudes and terrible people skills. They misprinted my receipt and messed up one order and it’s the customers fault when the woman took the order Down wrong. I Wanted an explanation and a resolve to the issue they just give me a snappy response and snarky attitudes then dismissively shuts the window in my face as I was trying to talk to them.

This is the best McDonald's in Syracuse I think. It's very clean and I know someone who works there. never had an issue and enjoyed my double cheeseburger for 2 bucks and large Sprite for a dollar. Can't beat that :)

Absolutely disgusted. The workers were all teens and completely unorganized. The disgusting language coming from the kitchen area was audible to the whole restaurant. Poorly managed and absolute terrible customer service.

Drive thru is always quick, and our orders have always been accurate.
