They usually get my order right everytime and I never have to come back. The negatives are the wait time for delivering, the rude or lack of happiness from the people with headsets when using the drive thru, and the closing of inside doors too early and not accepting credit cards at night because they closed the machine half an hour early. Overall, the inside ordering and customer service when you walk in is great, drive thru is disappointing.
It wasn't that busy here and I was in the drive thru line for 39 minutes; 11 of those minutes were from window 1 to window 2 with only one car ahead of me. All I ordered was an iced tea. Thirty nine minutes to get a drink when I was dehydrated. The gal at the first window was verrrry slow and kept messing around on her phone before she opened the window. Rest of the staff at the second window appeared to be moving very slow and lazily too. You cannot call this location a "fast food" restaurant. It would have been quicker for me to go to Applebees nextdoor.
Depends when you visit here if your meals are fresh or not.
Service was prompt and friendly and the food was outstanding.
This place is a joke. Always screw up the pickup order and then you have to wait for them to fix it while the rest of the food gets cold. 15 minutes for one damn sandwich they forgot? Ridiculous. These people don’t deserve to get paid $15 an hour. Can’t even manage a fast food order.

Ok so I know realistically it's McDonald's so how can I give it 5 stars?! It's because of the app! If you haven't downloaded the app then do it. You rack up points and they offer deals like buy one get one free large fries. Going through the drive thru is a breeze and since we've been using the app there has been less mistakes on our order. Best fast food app we've come across. No other compares.

Ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, and a Double Quarter Pounder with no toppings and just Mac Sauce. Received a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and the other burger had mayo, pickles, and onions on it. To their credit, they fixed my issue quickly.
There was a woman waiting for her food and ordered before me, I got my food before her and I said, “ I don’t understand how I got my food before you” the worker hard me and was really rude and said “ her food take longer to cook” and then rolled her eyes. Like I wasn’t being rude at all…
