We use to love coming to eat at this restaurant. After yesterday 5-14-2022Never again the meal for all 3 of usWas disgusting and unacceptableThis use to be Great it's gone downBig time. Especially the food and preparation with the way it's servedWe would travel 30 minute's just to go eat here something different and excellent. Not no more it's turned bad

Absolute worst service provided. So bad it was comical. Myself and 2 other small parties were waiting in the doorway to be seated. After 10 minutes of not even being greeted we asked the female bartender if their was seating or what was going, and were very rudely told that they were busy right now and would get too us when they did. Mind you several open tables available. Once all of us heard how nasty the girl responded to the request of what was going on, we all decided to leave and not give our money to the establishment. As we were getting into our vehicles, the bartender, cook/kitchen helper, and another woman sat down at the 1 outdoor patio table and smoked cigarettes. The employees watched 100's of $$$ being turned away. I know it is Mother's Day but as a business this was unacceptable. Please get your staff in check, I watched another dozen of people get turned away while I was trying to find another food place to eat.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but this has been happening constantly and we will not be returning after this evening. Last few times we have ordered take out, we get there at the time they tell us it will be ready but end up waiting over an hour until we get the food. This time, it wasn’t even made right, kinda just thrown together in the take out box. I understand being short staffed, or if it’s a busy night but this has happened repeatedly now and our food wasn’t correct. It’s disappointing.

I love brisket and BBQ in general. I've learned how to smoke a brisket myself. It takes practice and patience and a lot of experience to smoke a truly good brisket. Whenever traveling I find a place serving brisket and always give it a try. Tonight I tried Limp Lizard in Liverpool, NY after some friends recommended it. Let me say this first, whoever is making the brisket knows exactly what they're doing. The bark was dark and tasty. I think it was just an old school Texas style rub of salt, pepper and garlic. It wasn't over seasoned and the smoke flavor was a little light, but good. I could tell it was perfectly cooked by how well the fat had rendered. This brisket was probably shaking like a bowl of jello when it was finished. Like a perfectly cooked brisket does. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff pretty much ruined all the effort put into this brisket. What was brought out on my plate was so well done and dry it barely bent when I picked it up over my knife blade. Each slice was that gray color of well done pot roast. No moisture, no fat running or juices. Dry. Not only would it not pull apart, when I used my knife, it cut like a very thin, well done piece of cheap steak. I took two bites and couldn't eat anymore. I came there for BBQ, not overcooked, dry, tough, brisket. I was so disappointed I just decided to pay and leave. I tried to explain to an older woman, maybe a manager, that that particular brisket should have never been put on a plate and served to a paying customer. I explained to her how bad it was, said I thought was sliced way too soon, dried out, and was either under a heat lamp too long, or reheated in a microwave. Instead of looking at the slices herself, or just apologizing for a bad plate, she defended it. I paid and left. The girl who seated me was sweet, my server was prompt and friendly, the jalapeno cornbread was really, really good, but the kitchen staff let their cook down hard. Like the title says, the cook deserves an apology. From the kitchen staff. They just cost him a customer and a good review.

I ordered 2 single pulled pork platters as they are supposed to be for 1 person. I have ordered this many times recently and it always came with a roll on the side. The manager lied and said it was a mistake and when I asked her what she can do or correct this she yelled nothing! Then hung up. Very trashy and poor customer service by her. I paid $30 for 2 platters and had to buy additional food elsewhere. This was a snack not a meal. I order at this place monthly but I will not order here anymore due to this service and lies. Last time I ordered they did the same thing and I had it replaced no problem. They have lost my business for good and I will spread the word. This is why Dinosaur BBQ is much better.

Hostess was thoughtful and helpful. Waitress got the job done. My food was good tho my dining partner's meal ended up being comp'd since the batter was not thoroughly cooked. Restaurant even thoughtfully sent them home with another meal.

We had the opportunity to savor the menu and drinks on a Friday afternoon with my family. We were delighted with speed of service , food was delicious, although just finger food, was served hot and fresh. DISAPPOINT came quickly with a local woman yelling to the bartender for not getting her shots fast enough. She was serving food and making cocktails for other customers at that time. This abrasive yelling continued until she left us to caterer to this OUT OF CONTROL drunk local. We observed another customer look at her and she ask "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT! This was observed by a part owner of the bar, as we were told, and did nothing to fix the situation as he drank another shot with a beer chaser. You decide if the food is worth it.

Great food, awesome waitress! I can't remember her name but tonight (Nov 17th) was her final shift and LUCKY HER she got our table.....super nice and put up with our harassing! Would have been 5 stars but no Bullett or Four Roses AND no bitters.....although I guess a BBQ joint isn't big on bourbon? Food was great! Ok 4.5 stars.

Chili beans was damn to over spice and over greased. It made me cry whenever I took a bit.

Wow... I really liked this placeI had the brisket and smoked wings dinner. The dinner included 2 sides which I picked the slaw and the chili... I really enjoyed the chili it was awesome but the slaw was a bit to vinaigre tasting for me. The corn bread was delicious. The brisket was really good but the wings with the blueberry BBQ sauce were the belle of the the ball. This is well worth visiting the service was awesome. I had a great time.
