Did not get everything I ordered. Didn't know until I got home. Very disappointed. will definitely think twice before going there again, I'll go to Chick-fil-A instead.
Once again they were a disappointment. You made me wait and then forgot my fries and the receipt I specifically asked for. Then made me wait again to get the receipt. This is not the first time I've had issues here. Bit it will be the last time. Too bad the district manager does not care. This store is a mess. Let me ask you this, How do you not have chicken when that's all you sell?
Absolutely terrible service. The manager was telling the teens what to do and they clearly had no respect for him as they were talking back to him and nothing was getting accomplished. I canceled a double door dash order and had to walk out. This store definitely needs new management or better employees. It was so cringy to see how things were going so badly in there.
I had one of their freshly cooked chicken sandwich meals, it tasted like rubber it had to been cooked 8 hours ago, the kernel corn I had was so cold the butter wouldn't melt on it and the chicken was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life and I'm pretty old. And the prices are outrageously high wouldn't ever go to another Kentucky fried Chicken
I have gone to this KFC numerous ti.es, but the last time I went 2 months ago, got home, chicken was so dried out, over cooked. On this day I figured I would try again getting food. I always order fill up bucket and pay more to get 4 breasts and 4 thighs. I purposely asked cashier and lady next to ovens how old chicken was, she said chicken just came out. I explained the last time, my dinner was over cooked. She and cashier assured me the chicken just came out. When I got home I opened up bucket, instead of having 4 breast that I paid extra and 4 thighs. I had 3 chicken breats and 4 thighs. I called store and john assistant manager said he would give me another breast. The chicken breats looked like thighs, what a run around with manager. I will never go there again, no problem taking my money, can mess my order time after time. Dont go to this KFC, I dont want to hear manager john, that they are training and have less staff. Now isn't it corporate friendly to tell customer all the problems about store today. Instead of apologizing, I have to hear their issues. This puts a sour taste in my mouth. Dont go thereMary morandi
service was quick and friendly, food piping hot. didnt have to return to counter for anything they forgot. all tables were clean. best KFC EXPERIENCE in years good job Clay ny KFC
Went to KFC & ordered original chicken pieces, vegetables, coleslaw & rolls for my wife. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw for myself. Arrived home & discovered my wife's order was short the vegetable. This seems to happen every time with this store. They need better QC when bagging orders.
This visit was good. Food was tasty. My only complaint is that its not consistently good. The times before have not been so good.Edit - Well, that didn't last. We ordered through the app for a 5:45pm pickup, and at 6:45pm we still didn't have food.To make matters worse, the poor woman taking orders at the counter was constantly getting yelled at by managers and staff. No help, just abuse. Customers kept apologizing to her for the staff's treatment of her. If this store is understaffed then this abuse would be the reason.
This is the third time I've come here and you have to wait 10-20 minutes in the drive through! They never have one or the other prepaired for the original or extra crispy. They are always or of something when I come. KFC if you are short staffed, get them some help!Update: the 2 cars in front of me were asked to pull forward an wait, they didn't have larger orders. When I finally got my order, everything was cold. Had to reheat all the chicken in my air fryer.
I ordered 3 chicken tenders and sweet corn. Got to the window to pay and they were out of corn. Oops! I got the mashed potatoes instead. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty!
