Leave it to these idiots to mess up a plain chicken sandwich…
Upon entering we noticed that the windows and doors were filthy. This should have been my first clue to leave. But I didn't. The young lady on the register was kind and efficient. But it took 7 minutes to get our order and while waiting we were watching. There was no cleaning, including hand washing and no gloves until the manager put on one glove to hand food out, not prepare it. After receiving our food I noticed that my chicken was so old it was dehydrated and dried up akin to pork rinds. It was disgusting. I will never return to this location again. Unreal.
Didn't get the food that we ordered but we were in a hurry so we just took what we got and left
Customer service is great. Food is a different story.
The chicken pieces were large and better quality than a few years ago. The impossible nuggets also large and flavourful. The sides however were small . The mashed and mac and cheese were hot but the fries were old and luke warm as well as containing pieces that didn't qualify as fries. In order to justify a $26.00 price tag sides need to be fresh ,all hot and larger portion.
it’s very bad store everything they sell it old and very bad taste they keep the chicken from couple days and they gave it to you when you be at home you found how is very bad worker and very bad location, so my advice any one who want to go that store open the box chicken before you leaveand you will see how is very bad store .
Food is good, service is a little slow but always friendly.
They didn't include my fries even though I only ordered a cravings box and a large fry
Went to order inside and was in line for 10 mins. Walked out after a women with NO MASK ON stared at me then walked away to have a drink behind the counter. Ruined my lunch break
Service good, food was good, crew friendly and fast.
