The sub I got had a great texture . The veggies didn't look that fresh but they held up well and tested good in the sub. The team in there was great . I just don't know if I'd find myself paying 20 dollars for a sandwich and chips again tho. All in all I enjoyed the food and my visit !
Best subs around as far as I'm concerned the staff is always friendly and always greets customers with a smile and a thank you have a great day. ?
2 females and 2 males working while I was in here with my 12 yr old son. Said females kept laughing obnoxiously, and carrying on. I ordered a regular sized sub and was charged and given a giant sub (yellow receipt even said reg clear as day) due to the lackadaisical, insubordinate, and completely unprofessional attitude from employees. Not sure what kind of scammers are working here but we definitely Won’t be back!
This is the first time I have been to Jersey Mike's and I didn't know what to expect. I remember reading positive reviews about it a few years ago so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a large turkey sub just to stick to a standard every day sub to compare to other places. It was excellent. 5 stars for taste. I would have given this place 5 stars except for two reasons.... the place smelled overwhelmingly like chemicals to a point where it almost made me leave without ordering and secondly it is way over priced. A large turkey sub at 17 dollars is a hard sell when right around the corner tops has a 15 inch sub that has double the ingredients for 11 dollars or other places like Tony's pizza in Clinton NY whose subs have about 4 times the amount of ingredients and are triple the size for around 10.50.I will definitely be back because the subs are one of the best tasting I have ever had. Wish the price for what you get was more competitive to local pizza places and grocery stores but sometimes you can't have your cake and eat it too. Hopefully the chemical odor of the establishment was a one off thing as well. I highly recommend this place over all.
Sub was real good but every free table was dirty and no one cleaned them while we were there. They four people standing around waiting to make food but no cleaning person. Shame ! The food was good and could easily been a five star meal.
I've been in here now a few times and always get my order really quick. Place smells like fresh bread, lol. And there's just something special about having them slice the meat for you right in front of you for your sandwich.
I ordered 4 subs. They charged me for 4 subs. They only put 3 subs in the bag. I called when I got home and the manager was unapologetic. She said just come back and pick it up. Note it was 7:45pm in a snowstorm. I asked her to refund my card and she said all she could do is offer me a free sub at my next visit. I asked if she could email confirmation of this and she said no. Very rude and unable to make her wrong right.
First time eating here and there are some pros and cons. Some pros, the food was AWESOME and priced great for the amount of food you get. Super clean environment and neat atmosphere. For the bad, the staff SUCKED. There was a bigger blonde girl at the order side and she had the snottiest most entitled attitude you could imagine. Despite the food being great, we will not return to that location for that reason alone. If you don’t like people, don’t work in the service industry. For as upbeat as the manager was, it surprises me that he puts up with snarky employees. Would’ve been five stars if not for her.Signed -Service industry employee.
