Frequent flyer at this Dunkin. They know how to make a Latte correctly. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Normally the cooked food is open, but something was wrong with the grill. It would have been acceptable if they posted that on the entrance door.
Just went through the drive thru and the gentlemen (not) was rude and I asked for a iced coffee light on the cream and sugar. I go to the window and he asked me ,what do you mean light cream and sugar. I said half of what ever is standard he slams the window in my face and I hear him say extra cream extra sugar and then I couldn’t hear the rest, he brings my drink and practically throws it at me and of course full of sugar and cream. Horrible experience the man was very Uninviting and rude and made me feel uncomfortable.
I ordered an iced cappuccino from here through the mobile app. Even though I asked for less ice, they still filled up my cup to the top. In this area so far this is the only one that will do that. Also, the staff is really friendly. I know for some people it's kind of out of the way but completely worth it.

Years ago I had a coffee coolata at the time that was awesome and have tried repeatedly (throughout the country actually) to get 1 made similar to no avail, until today! Thank you, that frozen coffee (they call it now) was flippin awesome!
