Awful staff. They laughing through the microphone when asked my order, and didn’t even get my order correctly! Than I walked in, and told themI have missing order and 1 incorrect . They have fixed the problem but are definitely not professional, and doesn’t know how to get orders correctly.Bunch of teenagers, not trained well.Ohh and this isn’t my first time getting my order all wrong… Definitely not recommended this place! Who ever manage this location needs to be trained as well!
I walk in and no one is at the register for at least 5 minutes. As I am waiting for someone to show up to the register, theres 3-4 employees standing in the back by the drive thru window singing not aware of their surroundings that there are customers waiting. Someone decided to show up and when i placed my order......i was told the equipment is down, what a joke. I mean is this what dunkin donuts hires these days...bunch of teenagers that can careless about the customers whether they serviced or not. I strongly advise you not go to this location and recommend the one down the road next to flamingo bowling.
Constantly long lines with a 30 minute wait. Lobby is always closed. Coffees are wrong. New people working every day. This store needs new management because whoever is running things isnt doing it right. Never had such bad experiences at a dunkin donuts...
Consistently gets my order wrong. Like not even close half the time. It’s been like this for months. They seriously need to take a look at their management.
The worst!! Food is burnt or cold (if they have any)...Coffee is ALWAYS watered down. Not what they used to be. Save time and go down the street!!
The quality of the Dunkin has really declined over the past two years. They've been closed time to time for Covid and staff reasons, which I get, but when they're open they need to do better. The on the go ordering hasn't been turned on for a week, they make drinks incorrectly, and they only give you two little pieces of bacon for the $3 snacking bacon. The dunkin down the road towards the village has been a lot better than this location.
They constantly close the lobby but don't turn off the walk-in option on their order to go app. So I have to then wait in the long drive through line just to get my coffee. If I know I can't walk in, I would order from another dunkin location. This is highly frustrating. No other location around us closes their lobby all the yime like this one does. They say it is staffing, which I understand, but they need to then turn off the option to select walk in on the app.
After a 15 minute wait to get to the order area in the drive through, they tell me they are only serving drinks and doughnuts. Then when I try to order doughnuts, they are out of 2 kinds I wanted to order. Then to top it all off, the lady who cashed me out was extremely rude, barely spoke to me, and didn't give me a receipt.
An hour after they open on a Sunday morning, it does not appear busy, they have no English muffins and no donuts? Seems this site is mismanaged to me
The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because I have to "rate" it, in my opinion it would get a 0. I sat in line for 15minutes just to pull up to the speaker for them to tell me they can only make drinks they aren't serving any food. It was noon. This is ridiculous. I wouldn't have wasted my time in that line at least have an employee come out and say something to the customers in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
