i ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with my food and it did come. it shows that i ordered it on the app but not on the sticker they gave me.
Use to be my favorite dunkin for drinks. Just wasted 8 dollars for the last time here. Not only was I given complete attitude from the beginning but not once but twice could she not make my drinks right. Barely any ice in my iced coffees and tasted like they had no flavor. Done going here, they've gone down hill.
I highly recommend going early morning, Milton makes the best sandwiches.

Good service, but orders are never right. I ordered only a large black coffee, and I got a Holiday coffee with cream and sugar. I thought a black coffee would be an easy one for them. Guess I was wrong. Simply pouring coffee into a cup is a difficult task for them.
Understaffed. Service could have a faster turnover rate. You order through the mobile app (drive-thru) to avoid wait time, but yet, you still have to wait in line with others that haven't even placed orders yet. It defeats the whole purpose of the mobile app.
The little girl with butterfly tattoos is always so sweet and mixes my drinks well and makes them perfectly every time!
