Stopped for take out, realized when I got home that although I received the correct order, I was charged for a more expensive item. I’m sure that it was my receipt since the last four digits of the card are mine. Workers socializing (I normally don’t have a problem with that) instead of paying attention. The two stars are for the food. It was decent.

Went there and ordered over $70.00 worth of food went to go pay and I only had a $100 bill the man at the counter told me they only accept the exact amount or a card. I didn’t have a card so they grabbed all the food and put it in the trash. Also he was very rude when I told him I didn’t have a card or exact change, that is not my problem they you don’t have change.

This is not on Oswego Rd. Rt 57 is Oswego road. This restaurant is overpriced, with crap service and cleaning in the dining area appears to be non-existent. I recommend going elsewhere!

Worst location. The portioning/ food quality is always way off. They put an entire pound of guacamole on top of my bowl and like 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of steak. Like cool, i guess i'll have a little chicken with my guacamole lol. Was hoping this was just a fluke occurrence but it's consistently every single time i go to this location only.

I Love there food, I have been on a plant based lifestyle change, so I eat a lot of black bean burritos,when I first went there my total for one was just over $6.90 for my first 3 orders then the price went up to $19.96 for 2 Burritos with black beans brown rice and lettuce, I asked why and my answer was someone charged you for only 2 extra items instead of 3, I said for 3 separate days. I got no where with them. FOOD IS 5 OUT OF 5 STARS. BUT SATISFYING MY QUESTION WAS 1 OUT OF 5. SO I CAME UP WITH 4 OUT OF 5 SARS.

Customer service was 2/10 the food was good. I understand the minimum wage workers don’t have control over the cashless method of business, I asked if I could use cash as my debit funds are limited and the crew member would not answer me even if I had exact change and would not need any change back, he just kept insisting to use my card and wouldn’t formally answer me. I will not be returning, and Moes will get mine and my families business.

Went to have food with family, first you feel so rushed, second the food is not that great and third the soda machine had the wrong kind of soda on the diet coke spot. Not impressed at all

Ordered a bowl with half barbacoa, half chicken with cheese guac, and pico with tomatillo. Got a bowl that was half filled and 90% of it was HUGE chunks of onion and yellow pepper. Abnormally large amounts of onion and pepper like it was just hand torn off the onion/pepper- yuck! I picked out all of the large chunks and was left with less than a quarter of the bowl. The meat was non existent despite paying extra for special meat. The bowl was mostly chunks of veggies and lettuce. Food was not like it normally was, staff is incredibly rude and I will not be supporting this location anymore. Wish I had taken a picture but I was so disappointed I just tossed it out.

Usually don’t have an issue with chipotle the food is always good and the customer service is always good however I went in today to order my usual meal and I got skipped over in line by a group of girls then placing my order I got really tiny portions even with asking for extra. Then cashing out was a pain aswell.

I tried three different tacos and I've been running to the restroom ever since. Which bums me out because The staff was super nice.
