I’m a regular at this store- or was. Poor service poorly trained staff and even worse leadership to manage them. I’ve complained to corporate after I stood in the empty store for 5 minute with 3 employees doing nothing. Wrote to corporate but nobody bothered to call back.Constantly out of stock on promoted itemsEmpty shelvesPoor customer serviceDo yourself a favor and get the upside app. Save some money and go somewhere else!!!!
For a gas station they have great sandwiches. Everything taste fresh. Even the bread tastes like it was just made. The pizza isn't bad either. Great selection of drinks. Gas prices are competitive.

Your employees did not want to serve me. They asked each other do you want to make a sandwich until one said yes. Then she said wait. I understand these times are extremely difficult. But your food sales have had to drop. The service is poor, you have people making food that is clearly not interested. Our community was delighted to have a Byrne Dairy on Henry Clay blvd. But that is surle changing. This is my 2nd experience of extremely poor service. This time I didn't buy.
Always a good place for snack with a fill up
I stay away from the inside store since I've had negative experiences with the staff inside the building. One employee refused to check me out because she "assumed I was sick" with COVID-19 (I was simply wearing a mask).I still come here for gas occasionally. The pumps are new and clean, but the "wireless payment readers" do not work all of the time.
Lazy, rude staff, always standing around or on their phones when there is a long line.
I went to have ice cream and the tables were all dirty and the store was not properly staffed. The outside had garbage all over and smelled like rotten garbage. One of the dirtiest Byrne dairy stores stores I have ever been at. Never will go there again.
