I always love coming here and the service and food is awesome but after dining here over this sweltering weekend I’m a bit disappointed. The dining area is so uncomfortably hot that it’s hard to even enjoy your meal. Is the AC broken? I feel terrible for the waitstaff and I’m sure anyone in the kitchen is feeling it even worse. Not sure if this is an ongoing problem or not based on what I read in other reviews but I’m definitely going to wait until it’s a bit cooler out to come back. Like I said, great food and amazing service but this definitely needs to be fixed - not just for customers but for the sake of the employees as well!

This was my first indoctrination to the Bull and Bear Roadhouse and it did not disappoint, not even for a nano second. My bartender, Jessica, was absolutely delightful and left no stone unturned in waiting on me this afternoon. And more importantly, the 'Buffalo' Mac and Cheese with chicken was mouth watering escapism. I will be back!! The end.

Love coming to Bull and Bear, it is always a great time, the food is always fresh, comes out on time, and you are always greeted with a great attitude. Been coming back here for a couple years. Poutine is great and the burgers are on point. However, after stopping by this weekend, if you thinking of escaping the heat to have a nice time out think again. This place is unBEARable in the summer, it is absolutely sweltering inside, no hate to the kitchen or my waitress she was perfect and the food was great. But Jesus it was so hard to eat in the heat, I think I was practically sweating into my food. The poor waitresses look like they are about to keel over at any minute, and not to mention the hostess making fans from menus profusely sweating. The conditions are like a construction set in the summer. From what I could gather the AC is broken or has been broken, and will not be fixed anytime soon. So sadly if you want food from here, order takeout I guess, which is dissapointing because I love the atmosphere and service this place has for a eat in experience.

We stopped in on a weeknight hoping to catch a quick bite with friends, before heading to a 7:00 lax game. There were very few cars in the parking lot and hardly anyone in the restaurant. Surprisingly, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 15 - 20 minutes we were told it would be another 10. Questioning this, we were FINALLY told that there was only 1 waitress working and some kitchen staff had called in.As we were running out of time, and now knowing that the kitchen was short staffed we decided to go elsewhere. It would have been nice if the hostess had let us know the situation, up-front.

Food and service was Good! However, the price for a hamburger and fries was a little inflated.Almost $50.00 for 2 adults....just iced tea to drink, no appetizers. It was a nice place, good atmosphere, good flow of guests....

You know that face Homer Simpson makes when he see's donuts? That's the kind of face you're going to be making if you dine here. Everything was incredibly delicious with lots if that savory "umami" flavor we all love. The portions were very large and the food was very fresh and prepared very quickly. The service was prompt, courteous, and an over all pleasure. A great dining experience.

Solid bar food. Wings could use a little more sauce otherwise cooked good. Gua-ffle Fries is a great appetizer

The food is delicious and the staff are nice. The restaurant is clean. I haven't had a bad meal here yet, and I've been here 3 times now.

What's going on with B&B?We've been to every location and never had a bad meal, they certainly do it right. We visited the Liverpool location yesterday and I was shocked that not one single employee were wearing a face mask. This made me very uncomfortable and ruined our experience to the point that we won't be back until this pandemic is over.Nearly every single customer entering the restaurant did so with masks on. Not one single employee was wearing one.I don't think it's too much to ask that people mask up, do their social responsibility. To hell with the politics. Wearing a mask should never be a political statement, rather a social statement that shows you care for others. Simple. When we came in we sat at the bar and a couple jeared at us because we were wearing a mask. Thankfully they left shortly after we arrived. I guess that didn't help the experience either. We've accepted the restricted hours, down graded service due to available help, both of which have negatively affected the establishment. We've continued to patronize this great local business and will continue to do so, only after this pandemic is over. Both of us are doubled vaccinated and boosted so we're really not impacted by getting COVID. It's just not that big of a deal to wear a mask and show you care for others. Should be human nature.

We had not been here in a while and were really surprised at the quality of the food. My wife ordered the Fiesta Salad. She said it was super-fresh with crispy lettuce and vegetables, and the chicken was very tasty. I ordered the Smothered Brisket Sandwich, which was very savory. It came on a plump Brioche roll with onions. As a side, I had an order of the Parmesan Garlic Fries, which were delicious. The highlight of the meal was the Number 5 Peanut Butter Pie, a concoction of homemade peanut butter and chocolate graham-cracker amazingness. Remicade was an absolutely terrific waitress! She knew the menu and made some great recommendations. She was a very enthusiastic ambassador for the restaurant. Bill with one during and tip came to $60, a bargain when you consider how tasty the food was.
