Miles started our visit off on the most positive of notes, he was absolutely wonderful. Then our server Cheyenne took it one step further and provided us with excellent service.This particular Applebee's is by far the best one I've been to yet, and I will definitely be back in the future based solely off of how these two treated us.Well done guys ?
Great food and great service. I thought the prices were very reasonable. The manager even came over and checked in to see if we were doing okay. I like the place I would go back. They have handicap parking right in front so it's easy for handicapped people. Overall it was an enjoyable experience for myself and my guest. It was his 89 th birthday and he really enjoyed going there.
Food was good, pastas was dry had to get extra sauce, drinks had little to no alcohol in them, fast service, good waitress. Alittle to warm must have been next to a heater.
I ordered on the go and was told my food would be ready at 7:11 pm I arrived at 7:05 and waited in my car as it states to wait and my food will be brought out. Well I waited and called at 7:26pm and was told that my food would be out ‘soon’ I finally walked into the restaurant at 8:04 pm and waited to be greeted along with 4 other guests finally someone spoke up so we asked for an update and was told that the food was ready just needed to be bagged, so they brought my food out and I asked if it was hot and the man with glasses and a ponytail laughed and said it was piping hot and was laughing so I put all my bags down and the food was iced cold. No one apologized I asked for my money back.. I understand they where busy but this service was horrible. I will not be going back here. Do better Applebees!!!
Man, I usually love this Applebees. Always have very kind service and are extremely prompt. Tonight I ordered take out from them. I ordered there double crunch wings. They were extremely soggy and spongy. To the point where I tried to put them in the oven for a few minutes to try to recrisp them. Didn’t work. I ended up throwing 5 away, as well as losing my appetite. Sucks too because I just spent 40 dollars of a birthday gift card on that. Just disappointed in how bad those wings were. - Tyler G
The food was good, however the tenders were very small. We got a speciality drink with Pina Colada and Mango, it was very good and the oreo milkshake was okay, but I would've preferred more flavor in it. Staff was nice and attentive.
First time in a long time that my wife and I decided to go here. We had ate here so often before that we started to get tired of the same flavors...but this time was great.Maybe it was the fact that we hadn't been out to eat in so long, or the fact that she's currently pregnant... But regardless the food was good and he staff was great. Good place far a night out or a family meal.
We met friends of ours at Applebees when it opened on a Sunday. We felt it was too early for lunch or dinner. So we each ordered a coffee and split a maple cream blondie. The coffee and dessert was delicious. Best coffee and desert I've had in years. I would highly recommend trying it. The service was great too.
They were very accommodating. I ordered my food via the app and showed up to eat with the other 3 guys I play tennis with. They were able to bring my food and drink to the table as well as take the orders from the people I was with and make sure they were taken care of. The waitress was really nice about it. All of the guys at the table enjoyed their food. We had a hit/miss experience a few weeks ago but they definitely made up for it today with the excellent service.My only gripe would be that the picture in the menu doesn't look anything like the food you get if you get the chicken tenders. The photo in the menu looks like hand battered chicken like you would get at Popeyes or chic filet. What you get at the table is a low quality frozen Tyson chicken tender that anyone can get a whole bag for $6.99. So definitely not impressed with their bait and switch on the chicken tenders as they are charging $12 for 4 tenders. At that price they should be hsnd battered.They should just have the picture of the frozen Tyson chicken tenders if that is what they are going to give you.
Everytime we have come in the staff has been exceptional! Every host, server, manager, cook has been on point there. Very accomidating! We ordered and the manager thought we had waited too long for our food to come out (which to be honest none of us were complaining it was taking too long, it was fine!) So when the manager came over and appologized and offerred to pay for our appetizer we were really surprised! Twice now i've ordered the quesadilla burger and it was a little messy (expected) BUT the FLAVORS are soooooo good!! Highly reccomend for a lunch date or dinner. Thanks applebees staff!
