Consistently get the order wrong, it's delicious anyway, but not what I ordered. For example, ordered an avocolada recently and got something with strawberries and blueberries. It was pretty good but I don't even know what it was to reorder, and it wasn't what I ordered
Since the opening of this location, the staff has always been super friendly, welcoming and suggestive. They are very clean and well organized. You can feel positive energy once you walk through the door. We all know tropical smoothie Cafe has tasty food and great smoothies. If you truly would like a treat try the peanut butter crunch wrap. I love walking into this location. I am glad they opened up right down the street from my photography studio (flawlessdigitalphotos) The owner of this location is very caring and engaging with the staff and customers. Thank you for a great experience! One of the staff members suggested I download their app. Totally worth it. I got a free smoothie.
Yummy smoothies, fast service and clean tables. First time coming with my 2 young daughters and they’re already asking to come back!
I don’t usually go on the internet to complain about stuff for the simple reason is that I work on a restaurant and Not everyone is going to be happy but what got me really mad is that we were only 2 people on the drive trough 1 car in front and me and my girl and we literally wait 20 minutes for 1 simple smoothie I really don’t get it there were like 6 people inside if go to the drive through You definitely going to wait at least 10 minutos or more .
Walked in just shy of 9pm closing time. The staff happily let me know that they are still opened and that I could order. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious…This just made my day! Job well done!!!

Phenomenal Service! Staff was welcoming and pleasant even though it was during the morning rush. Food was better quality than any other Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to before, They also have a drive through which is very convenient! Will definitely be coming back

Very nice people Great service excellent food. Smoothies are top-notch My kids and I are always satisfied. This was my first time at this location but every time I have been to one I have been satisfied. This location is new and then lindenhurstHurst and I have been to the one in airport plaza in Farmingdale.
