Very frustrated. Everytime I go to this taco bell and spend big bucks(4.99) for my favorite taco the Cheesey Gordita Crunch they don't do it well. I've been to several other locations for example deer park and they make it correctly. It's frustrating that it's a premium taco and this location botches this taco each time via drive thru or inside. It's flat ,not toasted properly and cheese isn't melted. WTH I mean look at the pictures
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS TACO BELL, FIRST THEY FORGOT A CHALUPA SUPREME, THEN A BURRITO I ASKED FOR NO BEANS ON IT AND IT HAD BEANS, THEY GAVE ME CINNAMON TWISTS WHEN I ASKED FOR NACHOS AND CHEESE, AND LASTLY I HAD TO REMIND THE GUY AT THE WINDOW TO GIVE ME MY SODA AFTER HE CLOSED THE WINDOW ON ME AFTER HANDING ME MY HORRIBLY WRONG ORDER....NEVER AGAIN, SORRY TACO BELL THATS A REALLY BAD JOB BY YOU

Worst Taco Bell by far, waited in drive-through line for 45 min and after all that had missing items, missing sauce and food was cold and barely even cooked. Seen many people just give up waiting and go to McDonald’s across the street…. Should of done the same.
Drive thru is always quick but a little odd the drive thru person he was wearing a playboy bunny necklace

I eat taco bell way too much. Because of this, I can say it's always consistently good and thr staff is always friendly.
Ok, so Friday night at 7:10, there legit was a person taking orders named Bryan M who was clearly under the influence in the drive thru. After a 1/2 hour, our order of 14 items only had 11 & yeah, try to figure that out. People kept getting off the line. So whoever Bryan M and the rest of the staff were should really be re-evaluated for working on a Friday night. Maybe a little drug testing. Absolutely absurd. Cant wait for my $36 grab bag because we didn’t even know where the error was. Never again. Taco Bell sunrise highway. Only came here because we went to party city.
It taste good, not great but good. My problem is you just get very little meat and cheese on the chips. You get mostly lettuce in any of the tacos. But it's not like I go here for dinner or lunch a lot either. Need a snack, go here.
