Set an online order pick up at 545. Waited around for 20 minutes only to find out that the order was ‘rejected’…but you still charged my card? Now I have no dinner for my family tonight, a $50Charge on my card because you all aren’t cheap, oh and also the embarrassment that your slacker staff caused me by saying that my card was declined implying I’m some sort of deadbeat. Thank god I’m moving out of this area soon…hopefully there will be better places where we are going. Zero stars if I could.
Classic smash was pretty good! They give you a good amount of toppings too, thankful that there was actually more than 1 slice of tomato ? only complaint is that a single is on the pricier side but I think the price is adequate for the quality you get. Service was fine too.
Yesterday we ate at the Lindenhurst, NY location. Pre pandemic and even at the beginning of pandemic this was our go to burger place. My favorite was always the Mushroom Truffle Swiss Burger while my husband preferred the classic. We hadn't been back because following my husband's heart surgery last May we've been eating heart healthy. Yesterday we allowed ourselves a cheat day and decided that a nice burger would be it. We were looking forward to it. What a disappointment!! The burgers were now so much smaller than before and were greasy. At best it was the size of a small Burger King or McDonald's single. And for the $7.99 price tag not worth it at all. We would have been better off at BK. The onion strings we dripping oil, the fries were cold and all in all just bad. What we expected to be a good cheat day was a big disappointment. Whatever you were doing before Smashburger, go back to doing it. This isn't working for you!
This place is a very good restaurant for a person who just wants food or a person with a family. This is a family friendly environment with tasty burgers, French fries, and chicken. I would definitely recommend this place, it has amazing quality food and I would personally rate this as my number 2 spot of the best burgers I’ve eaten
Burgers that smash those cravings and needs for a good juicy burger. I highly recommend them. I have tried their double turkey and black bean burgers as well. Great choices. But for me their classic singles or doubles are the ones you go for. With a nice side of sweet potato fries and a milkshake to wash it down. I had the pleasure of having my local smashburger that is in lindenhurst.
Ordered on line and tried to use smashburger gift card. Their system refused their gift card and smashburger charged my credit card. The back of the gift card says it can be accepted but when I called the lindenhurst store they said it could not be accepted on line. I had to pay with my credit card.
First time at smash burger and the staff here made it a great experience. Great service and great food.
Good options including multigrain buns..but a little pricey. Place is nice size and very clean.
I haven't been here in a long time but I remember Smashburger use to be much better. No more lemon and no one severs you any food like they use to. No free shake , nothing.
I ordered food for the first time but when i opened up stapled bags they forgot to put the fried onions in bag which I paid for.I have been trying to call the restaurant no one picks up.
