if you get a box you have to tell them to not fill the box up with just wings when its supposed to be mixed and its not the first time
The food is good but the service tends to be slow and not always the friendliest.

I like this Popeyes. Good customer service they actually pay attention. The sunrise highway location is horrendous. I'm only going to this location moving forward. Easy drive-thru and they don't try to charge you extra for sides that come with the meal.
It never fails they are always missing something..... They are worse than McDonald's then dude is going to try and lie and say I personally checked it myself it was in there...... Well you're personally wrong throw the whole business away.

This popeyes is the worst one I ever been to. The food was old. The pies were so burnt and old. They didn't have any popeyes sauce. The other sauce was so old that it separates insid . And this location has been like this before covid. This location is owned by a family from India. They cut back so much on the popeyes actual products. It sucks
This time around the grease had a funky taste. Super long wait even with not alot of people waiting.
I really enjoyed it a lot I love the food it’s beautiful and most of all the customer service was lovely I will always come to this place again
No complaints about the food (when the order is correct) - 1 star for the service. The wait times are always insane. Half the time the food isn’t ready at the drive-thru window so they have you pull up and wait in the parking lot…with a handful of other people also waiting. And staff consistently gets the orders wrong.
