The crispy chicken sandwich is juicy and soo good one of my favorites
Wish my filet o fish were consistent.Depending on times of the day its either hot or warm.Crispy or mush. Frustrating for a premium product. Guess the kids making the food don't really care or that's the training.
Pretty clean inside and decent staff. Food was warm but could tell it was made a while before I ordered
I was waiting 30 minutes for someone to get my kiosk order so I could pay in cash, the staff were disrespectful and didn’t care about the customers
Love this McDonald's but since their renovation, the service is terrible. I prefer to go inside vs drive thru. You always have to wait for someone to take your order as no one is ever near the register, then you have to wait for your food. I go on my half hr break and the last 3 times, my half hr was spent waiting for my order. Tonight I waited 32 minutes for a happy meal and 10 chicken nuggets. Two of the last 3 times, there was no cheese on a cheeseburger? Will not be going anymore as it's a waste of time and waste of money as its not what you ordered.
What's to say? McDonald's is McDonald's. Fast service on the new drive thru, hot food, and correct.
Very nice people work here. Everyone was so friendly. They make a great cup of Iced Coffee.
They mess up order and barely fill their fries. There’s another location a mile away. Skip this one.
Glad they spent the time to do the makeover of their building, but what needs improvement is their performance. Over the last couple of years the accuracy and quality of the service and food has dropped to nothing. After a recent order when they literally left half my items and led to embarrassment during a family event when we did not have enough food for everyone, this is what their response included. No attempt to make it better, not even an offer to reimburse me for the items I PAID FOR but they failed to provide. Wow. This company really just does not care. There are not shortage of Mc D's around, I suggest avoiding the Liedtke franchises whenever possible. They could care less about their customers.
