The food is ok but the staff where very unprofessional, they were dozing off and hitting on my 13 year cousin. Would not go back

The food is not the issue although I had a horrible sandwich from here before. Something about it tasted spoiled. Anyway, today I went and ordered a #17 giant and number #16 reg both dressed with mayo lettuce and tomato. I get home and only mayo is on both sandwiches. Like how u forget lettuce and tomato on both sandwiches. So mad right.

This is my favorite Jersey Mike's. They all sell the same thing. But this one has really friendly staff. They welcome you when you get in and actually speak to you..lol. what a concept. This location is also always clean. Thank you for great service ?
This was my first JM experience. I ordered a mini Italian sub. It wasn’t the best Italian sub I’ve ever had, but it was good and the bread was great.The employees were super nice and made me feel like a valued customer. That alone is a huge incentive for me to bring them more of my business.Would definitely return.
I placed an order on Uber eats. Since you can not customize multiple meat choices on Uber eats I usually call & ask them to add pepperoni to my order. But I’ve been calling for about 10 mins now & no one is answering the phone. I will never order from this location again. Why is no one answering the phone?

I was just there in person and went over what we didn't want in the sandwiches and when I got home both sandwiches were wrong. They don't answer the phone or anything, so that's why I'm writing this here.
They must not know what a phone is.. called a few times and they just let it ring. They always have at least 3-4 ppl working so I don’t understand.
