This place is great, I don't know why people don't like it, some of my friends don't like it but seriously their food is good!!

Customer service is great, very fast but place looks a little bit dingy. But still good... Domino's are a very light pizzas and not a heavy rock in my system... love them
I put a order in but never received it. I called to tell them that my order was wrong, but nothing was done. I will not order again.

Last Night I Had An Issue With A Delivery Driver Attempting To Deliver My Order To A Wrong Address All Because He Chose To Slack Off And Not Read The Specific Delivery Instructions I Mentioned While Placing My Order. So When I Called Into The Restaurant I Spoke With A Young Gentleman Elijah Who Was The Manager On Shift I Explained The Whole Situation And Right Away He Was Looking Into It And Trying To Rectify It. Finally When He Got The Driver To The Right Address I Had Another Incident With The Driver Being Extremely Rude And Then Asking Me For A Tip When I Told The Driver To Leave He Sped Off Almost Colliding With The Rear End Of My Truck I Called Back Right Away And Spoke With Elijah Who Immediately Began Apologizing And Telling Me Hw Would Make Sure This Was Handled. Elijah Went Above And Beyond On Customer Service And Handled It Perfect From Beginning To End
Ordered a pizza with sausage, spinach and feta cheese, cost was $25. The feta cheese was undetectable, majority of slices had zero sausage and even the spinach was skimpy. Many of the slices had no toppings at all. The pizza was stone cold. This is ridiculous for a pizza they are charging $25 for. I ordered on line for the Antioch location but my order was re-routed to Lindenhurst. Since I pre-paid, I was stuck. No more on line ordering for me. I’ve seen other reviews where other people had the same issue when they ordered for a different location and their order was sent to Lindenhurst- something really screwy is going on here. The Lindenhurst franchise is horrible - would not recommend. I left a comment on their site and did not get a response.
I ordered, guy shows up 48 minutes later and says I don't have your food after I wait at the door and hear him yelling at the restaurant. I asked for him to cancel my order because I'm not waiting another hour for my food to show up spit on. I call the restaurant to make sure my order is cancelled she said no he's bringing it back to you. I said no. I don't want it I want a refund processed and I get a notification my order was completed? No thank you. Put a complaint in with PayPal.

I can’t even begin to explain my irritation with the delivery drivers…. They don’t listen to the delivery instructions printed on the sticker, especially in times of the virus when I want a contactless delivery I got these guys completely ignoring delivery instructions and ringing/knocking on my tenants door(which is a problem within its self) and when confronted about such problems they claim to not even know about these delivery instructions
