I just moved nearby, I can basically walk to this location. I love chipotle. I have been to this location twice, picking up mobile orders. The first burrito was made disproportionately. I like the red spicy sauce, but when you only have it condensed to the bottom third of the burrito, it’s barely edible. The second time was today, which spurred this review. My burrito came in burrito bowl form (shame on me not looking in the bag first) and the chicken was straight up burnt. This isn’t that hard, guys.
I typically don't leave bad reviews but this is by far probably the worst burrito I've ever had. The steak is chewy and not good , they couldn't even wrap it correctly, there were like 2 pieces of meat included secondly the food was excessively salty , 3rd it just tasted gross overall I recommend you don't visit this particular location its an insult to be serving such food . The negative reviews on here are very very true I confirm.
I never write reviews but felt it necessary for this visit. I wish I caught the name of the rude young woman that prepared my food today. She overstuffed the burrito (no complaints there) so it was obvious while she was wrapping it that it would be a mess while trying to eat. I nicely asked her to wrap another tortilla around it. Without an answer, she rolled her eyes at me. She heated up another tortilla which takes all of 5 seconds. When I thanked her, she still did not respond. She had such an attitude. Customer service at its worst!
This location has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Horrible portions even to Chipotle standards, if you order takeout expect to get half of what you’re used to. The quality of the meat here is also horrible, every time I’ve had it here it’s been way over cooked and rubbery. I was happy when a Chipotle was opening so close to me. If you’re considering going to this one, I suggest taking the extra 10-15 minute drive to go to the one in Farmingdale.
My “salad” has 4 pieces of lettuce, 3 pieces of steak, no guacamole I paid for and it’s half empty. Worst 30 dollars I’ve ever spent on a meal. Will never be ordering from this location again. Thanks guys.
This 5 star review is for the employee Emily. We've been going here for a few weeks now, and have received excellent service from her every time. If you like your wraps made perfectly every time, you might want to request her. Emily if you're reading this, thank you for the great service. I hope your employers know how great of worker you are....oh and give her a raise. She deserves it! ???
Went there the other night some kid named Eric took care of me! he was amazing. Kindest kid ever. food needs improvement I would give food a 2 to 3 star. Maybe ,management should read the reviews. Responsible people would address these items here
how is this location still in business? the entire staff needs to be fired and it needs new management. every single time i’ve come here, it’s been a terrible experience. from rude customer service, incorrect orders, horribly cooked food, the list goes on… i will never be giving this place my business again after tonight. spent $45 on trash. BURNT TO A CRISP CHICKEN. the food in my bowl did not match the sticker that said my order on the lid. can they not read? never again, don’t waste your time or money here.
