I have been to this place dozens of times over the past few years. It is well maintained and very clean. The employees are friendly and efficient. The bathrooms could use a little more attention, the cleanliness is about 4/5.My order has never been messed up, the food has always been fantastic and great quality. I visit this location when I am in the area or when I just want Arby’s.
My husband loves Arbys...i am a vegan... so that doesnt work for me.. but I got an awesome Root beer float!!! That was the BEST i have ever had. And my husband Loves every thing on the menu...but he favors the Ruben sandwich with crinkle fries and a coke!!
Good restaurant I would have gave it a 5 star but food must be hot so so important please or I'm gonna stop patronizing this establishment
The person working the drive thru dropped half our food in the window because she was rushing. She then proceeded to try and repack it and was annoyed when I wouldn't take it. After waiting in the parking lot for a few minutes I went inside to see where the new order was. It wasn't. I waited while another person packed new food, the original woman was running around pretending to be busy. For what this food costs the service should be better. The one star is for the food and nithing else.
Went in with my grandson 12 Feb and the girl that helped us was FANTASTIC she was just overall a joy n i hope to see her again when i go next time

I decided to have the Spicy Diablo Brisket. I did not like it. The sandwich was unnecessarily too spicy. More spicy then tasty. The sandwich was soggy. I'm glad it came with the shake, it was definitely needed. I had to ask about the shake as the women forgot the sandwich came with the shake. Remember to ask for the shake , you will definitely need it. I do like their regular brisket sandwich. This one, just was not it. I will be back to try other items on the menu.
Putting some serious info to CORPORATE: As Follows northeastern region claiming shortage of (PACKETS OF HORSEY SAUCE) Lindenhurst Store is claiming that they are making it themselves & putting said product into small clear containers. Corporate, I'm relieing on you to send New York State an appropriate amount to dispense between each store accordingly within New York State -- Memo: Northeastern Reginal Management: Please Represent (Our Arby's Stores) Feeling So Neglected.............
this is the only drive thru ive ever been to that makes you pull away from the window every single time before getting your food, combine that with the fact they no longer have potato cakes or onion rings and it will be a very long time before i return here and thats too bad because it used to be a very good place
Great roasts beef classic sandwiches that I have had in very long time and excellent service too.
