I was on line at 10:22 for breakfast I was on the speaker at 10:25 I’m trying to order before 10:30 because I want a breakfast sandwich they tell me “systems are down” like I haven’t work in retail ( code for Im not doing that) btw I tell them What I’m trying to do same lady walks out and flips menu tell me we’re not making any more breakfast so I leave and will not return to this Wendy’s
Probably some of the worst possible service I have ever seen. And I work in retail! I understand that Friday afternoons are very busy and to expect a wait, And I made sure to order my food early through the App, but each vehicle was waiting upwards unto 10 mins, wouldn't have mind waiting for my food if it was done correctly, but NO, my pick up via drive thru online order was very detailed and I paid for extras (Lettuce/tomato- NO PICKLES-due to an allergy, I was missing bacon and the sauce on then new hot honey chicken and they put extra bacon-WHICH I CAN'T EAT!) They got it COMPLETELY wrong! The frosty was mostly melted, fries burnt! I had to ask 3 times while waiting in the car after I got my food for spoons as the window person kept chatting and laughing with her buddy. (Don't you realize the drive thru lines are long?!) I tried to call the restaurant to complain that my food was wrong and that I couldn't eat it due to an allergy (I had to throw it away-there goes my hard earned money in the trash) and there was no number to call, and when I did find the customer service support line, It was in-operable! Horrible service! I expected more from a fast food joint that claims to provide fresh food and excellent service! Absolutely Horrible!!!
This is hands down the absolute worst fast food spot in Levittown. There food is always stale and disgusting how often do u make new fries ? Once a day ? I don’t know how the health department hasn’t closed this place yet.
I thought it was a mcdonald they had over here, anyway i was told to run out and get my wife a big mac so i asked the employee if they could make me one, and they figured it out. Anyway i got home, yanked it out of the wrapper and she bought it. Thanks guys for getting me out of that mistake. Happy wife happy life you guys are great!
They were friendly and accurate with my order anlso very quick since it was lunch time..
It's a Wendy's... However this one is a bit slower than others and the one in farmingdale just about 2-3 miles east has always tasted better/fresher. Also the interior is a bit dated/uncomfortable, but is a very old building. Hell I remember when it was a Roy Rogers in the 80s and early 90s.
Place was clean service was pretty good I know the price of everything is going up but I thought it was a little expensive for fast food..
The Wendy's on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow served me a raw burger but I had driven away already before I began to eat it, so I had to throw it out. I won't go back to that location again.
