Food was good. What I did not respect was the bald guy in the front having a nasty rude and impatient attitude. Because the color of my skin I guess he thought it would be fine to try talk to me in Spanish, while being rude, when I spoke to him perfect in English . Not sure if he was trying to be funny but, that made me extremely annoyed. Calling someone (buddy) without knowing who the person is, is also disrespectful. He should be careful the way he approaches customers. Next time It won’t be taken lightly. The least he could of done was put napkins on my tray when I was served but didn’t. When asked at the end he gave me a rude attitude as well. I felt uncomfortable eating here, yet stayed because I knew it would boil his skin. Like I stated, food was good, but service was horrible. I work in the banking industry, I have many big investments going on and I guess because of my appearance, he tried to be little me. Which is something I do not respect.
I’m a business owner, customer service is most important. My wife ordered food which included soup. It fell through the bottom of the bag all over me and burnt my stomach and legs. We were upset but mistakes happen. The cover for the soup container was not on all the way and the steam made the bag weak and boom soup on stomach and lap. We called the restaurant to kindly ask if they could send out another soup and the manager yelled at my wife told her that it was impossible for their food to burn anyone that all they can do is credit us in the future (we’ll never go there again anyway) and wouldn’t allow her a moment to speak. If you’re going to be in the service industry, service needs to come first. Really disappointed in this place and won’t send our business there anymore.
The food literally tasted like they just through cambells tomato soup on top .. they used to be so so good this was not even good enough for my dog
Good day everyone.... well very simple I love it.... I asked the guy who was serving my wife and I was also taking care of customers coming in to get stuff also so that's pretty good.... also I told him how I wanted my meal and exactly how I asked for it to be done and my wife also everything was properly cooked and spicy ? and just delicious.... it's mouth watering...fried calamari and clams with linguine and and wonderful sauce and chicken parmesan with spaghetti and sauce and I asked for everything to be spicy ? and wow yes it was.... loved everything....so that's why I gave this restaurant 5 stars and the place itself is really cosy and nice ????? so I am recommending everyone to go and I'm certain you would love it as well and the guy name is Dominic...he definitely deserves 5 stars ?????....so go try it out....
Had a slice of pizza. It was tasty, but 2 tables near the ovens were not washed/ cleaned after a some lazy customers left cups,plates. had sticky surfaces coverings a table. had 2 tell a guy 2 clean after i left.
I don’t write reviews very often, but the service I experienced my first time ordering from this restaurant was so bad that I needed to leave this review. The food is ok, lower end “pizza place” quality. The customer service, however, is so poor that I hope this review deters anyone considering placing an order. I ignored the negative reviews myself, and definitely regret it.I placed an Uber eats order, and more than half of it did not arrive. I called the driver first, and he said he was only handed one bag. When I called the restaurant, they insisted we get a credit and that they were unable to deliver more than half of my 35 dollar order. After going back and forth, the employee on the phone proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, and still never received any kind of dinner. If you’re considering Italian or just a pleasant conversation with employees, this is not the place.
40$ for a specialty pie no thank you.! I understand inflation is a thing but they raised their price over 19$ in the last couple month. Definitely not worth it.
Usually order pizza there. Haven't eaten in the dining area in years. We had lunch. The sauce on the macaroni was bland . Tasted like tomato soup. The vegetables was hard and cold. The shrimp was ok. Guess I won't be eating lunch in the dining room.
Really wanted to get a good meal and get in joy a good ? d meal. I had been here some time ago and food was just fine. We were in the area and stoped in for a early dinner. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!Manager or may have been owner Ray was a man that freaked out at me because I asked a question. The two of us were the only table with people in the restaurant We ordered a appetizer of cheese bread with tomato sauce on the side (due to health reasons my wife cannot have tomato sauce, to much acid) and we replaced the tomato sauce in her dinner with franchise sauce. After about ten minutes I went to see where app was. Seems Ray thought we wanted the cheese bread with our meals and he was making our dinner. We explained that we wanted the entrees after the bread so meals sat and were served after sitting for fifteen minutes. The franchise sauce had a skin when the plate came to the table . I pointed it out to Ray and he yelled at me making it my fault the he did not understand that I ordered the cheese bread off the appetizer menu that I should have told hem I wanted it before the entrée. Oh I also ate one of the five shrimp they were so not fresh but all I wanted to do was get out of this restaurant. To avoid any other issues we paid my wife took home her leftovers and again I say aI WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN I hope you will also save yourself the bad food I had Chuck E Cheese’s would be better.
i dont know if the chef was off that dayvor something but that Buffalo slice was not what i always enjoy there going for that day it was way too spicy and not enjoyable this pizza is really good maybe it was just a one off day will def go back to see if they still got it soon but was definitely saddened
