One of the worst “dining experiences“ in my entire life! Name of this place should be changed from IHOP to ISUCK! There are literally six customers in this restaurant it took 15 minutes for my pancake order to arrive (it’s an effing pancake restaurant!) with scrambled eggs , hashbrowns and bacon the Plate was too small for the pancakes and the syrup ran all over the table! I asked for extra napkins and a washcloth because the table and my hands are sticky! took another 15 minutes to get that! The bacon is like two burnt sticks! And if you know me then you know if it’s burned so badly that I won’t eat it it’s pretty bad! . By the time the table was clean of all the syrup and I used the water that I was drinking to wash my hands! All the food was cold! I ate half of it and gave uo! I will never come back here!!! Guess this is the “New Normal” where nobody wants to work and businesses Are run by unsupervised children! ?
I wonder if past functioning lights, whether or not these guys have working electricity. The cooks either have to be asleep or in the middle of diabetic episode to truly believe the food was ready. Seriously, a microwave could’ve melted the cheese on my omelette to a socially acceptable point. Even the butter on my pancakes got comfortable and ate with us. My favorite part was the orange juice they served me; it came in at whopping “firm clammy handshake” degrees. I thought about how annoying it was to finger every portion of my meal to find whether or not my food was hot enough and moved from 3 stars to 2 stars. Seriously, I would’ve rather the waitress tell me the whole staff hates me to my face instead of doing it so passive aggressively with my food.
Food was good, disappointed they had runout of crepes but the pancakes with bananas and strawberries were good. We were surprised ? to see that this location actually carries the popular 4 pancakes syrups on the tables which are gone in all other locations we have visited. This store could use a little updating. The highlight of the visit was our server a young person person named Dogukan, excellent ? service and manners. Great job.
I have been going to IHOP for many yrs. I went the big one in Levittown and have gone there often. The only thing is I was a little disappointed over a few changes that were made on the menu.I have always enjoyed reading, 222 meal and unfortunately it was not there anymore. 2eggs, 2 pancakes w hashbrowns.I had to order from the kids menu. It wasn't even on the over 55 portion. But the food is always delicious.
If you are ordering take out from this Ihop, always make sure you check to make sure your food is all there before leaving. Today makes the second time they have forgotten part of our order, making us have to drive back, we live 15 minutes away. When we went back today to pick up the missing pancakes, they still managed to get it wrong again, only giving us 2 pancakes. When my bf went back in to complain, the girl at the front tried to tell him he was wrong and it was only supposed to be 2 pancakes, but he showed her the receipt where it clearly said 3 pancakes. I don’t know what’s going on here but we won’t be coming back to this location anymore. Too expensive now to be having to deal with this every time we go.
We go about once a week. Usually understaffed but the help is great. Went tonight (2/11) and the 2 gentlemen were and always are fantastic. Great service!
About an hour ago I came at this IHOP to eat something light. Service was good overall, but as soon I took a bite of my chicken tenders… I did not expect it to be RAW. You would not expect this at any IHOP, but this was surely DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING. I was charged for the for the RAW tenders, but the server came to give me another set of chicken tenders and stated that they won’t charge for the new plate. Please be careful and speak up if anything like this happens to you.
The servers are wonderful the food leaves something lacking. My bacon omelet was lacking the bacon and cheese in it. They're cheap on the ingredients.
Quick service, waiter was a little over-attentive but I won't complain about that ever.
Our waitress Alexis was AMAZING. We really wanted to shout her out because the place was a mess and she was calm, cool, collected, and polite. She did a great job under the pressure of the restaurant clearly being understaffed.
