Went in to pickup 75 donut holes for the outstanding Bethpage F.C.U. Bank employees who have been giving outstanding service throughout the year.The reason only 4 Stars is because they had a limited selection (4 types) of donut holes. For 75 "holes" it was packaged in 2 boxes (1 box held 25 "holes" & the other box held 50 "holes"). Cost $23.? - don't recall exact change.Person behind counter didn't smile but service was quick.In regard to dining in - few small tables/chairs to sit. Don't know if delivery or curbside pickup is available.
Absolute worst service ever! Slow! Older Indian woman making fun of customer after customer left dissatisfied Bc she, the employee , could not understand simple instructions for the customers order. As the unhappy customer walked away the employee made hand gestures in front of the 12 people waiting on line. Rude!! I ended Lea Omg after waiting on line for 7 minutes and I was the first one on line. Unorganized rude and incompetent staff!!!
Specific the one on Hempstead turnpike and Levittown on the shopping center very nice ?.
The staff is always quick & accurate, & friendly.

Terrible attitude. Don't know how to make specific drinks and bad customer service.
They burnt me literally....At first an employee named- Pooja heard wrong order and on asking to correct it she started arguing.The order was 2 regular coffee. Coz of masks I used ✌️. She gave one coffee n on asking that I ordered two, she started arguing. And when I separately ordered second, another employee gave a full cup of hot coffee with not properly fixed lid. It burnt me. And after that too the two employees continued arguing. Will never come back here.
This place is horrible , and have rude and mannerless employees, is also dirty and unhygenic . moreover. The employee named pooja is always ready to fight without even listening to the customers order. They have no sense of customer service and to serve . they are going to hit u with something !! Seems as if illiterate people are employed over here with no sense of manners.
