Levittown location has gone down hill this past year. Blizzards aren't thick anymore, like the mixture isn't cold enough. More like a milkshake. Had to bring back orders twice because they didn't get the blizzards right and the third time, it still wasn't right. We just have up. place wasn't busy at all. Both times we were there, floors felt like you were walking on fly paper, super sticky.
Actually felt very insulted tonight at the Levittown ‘s location. Took a few minutes for them to say under their breath, ‘We take only cash’. They sounded weary or disgruntled. I drove up further only to see the car in front of me paying with her Credit Card. I pulled up and handed my CC as well without saying a word. Four workers from inside kept staring at us. We looked back cuz we’re super confused at this point. The guy then said that the CC machine just started working and turned his back. The rest was still eyeballing us. Two others were handling garbage in and out. Needless to say they kept staring at us too. Our orders were handed to us wo any eye contact . That’s rude under any circumstances. What the heck just happened to us. Shady and scary experience. This set of night crew needs to hit the road before they bring down your establishment. A bunch of jokers, really. Always going to this DQ, never had anything to complain about before.
Usually the location service and food is good. Tonight we did a mobile order pick up, we waited 15 minutes past the pick up time. When our food was brought out. Part of the order was missing. I went inside to get the missing items. The young guy behind the counter seemed irritated to mention of their mess up. He finally handed me the missing two orders of fries. We brought the food home. The fries were completely burnt, the chili for the cheese dog was burst and dry. The sandwiches were missing their toppings.
One of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a long time. We will not being going back. Not only did it take 45 minutes to get our food, I had to throw 2 of the items out. It was so bad the manager was attempting to help make food, and it wasn't even that busy. They were not organized at all and it seemed like none of the workers knew what the other one was doing bc as I was standing by the ice cream they kept asking what something was every time an item was put down. I had to throw out the salad I ordered for 2 issues, first if you put hot chicken on a cold salad by the time you get home the lettuce is brown and rotten and I ordered no cheese bc I can't have it and my salad had cheese on it. There was definitely cross contamination because it was stuck in the lettuce, what if someone was deathly allergic it would have made them go into shock or get really sick. Also, the burger was gray and cold, I waited 45mins for a burger that wasn't even hot and the bacon on it was raw so that was inedible too. They really need to get their stuff together or they are going to lose more customers.
1 star for service. Only had the ice cream but it was good. Visited on a weekday evening (after any dinner rush). There was a huge staff. Nearly a dozen people. Ordered two cones and it literally took them 20 minutes to put it together. Shocked and amazed. I won't be back to this location - just don't have that kind of time.-------Please note I am not anti-DQ. This place just needs a supervisor to keep people focused and moving. Perhaps there wasn't anyone "in charge" this evening.
Just went for a quick treat, and got a slushie. It wasn't bad, but I, personally, would order something else. It was a little busy, and we were directed to go inside from the drive thru. But, overall, I'll still be coming back for food and other treats. And also, if Dairy Queen sees this, can you please add smoothies to your menu? Smoothies are my weakness
Place was disgusting and service slower than molasses. It wasn't busy either. Only 2 customers inside and maybe another 2 in drive thru. Floor was sticky, tables were dirty and there was debris everywhere. Soda machines were disgusting also.
my friends and i came tonight and the service was horrible. right when we pulled up to order we got nothing but attitude. after we ordered with no response 5 minutes passed and we didn’t hear a word. we pulled up to the window and the man gave us so much attitude. all employees were laughing in the back and it didn’t seem like they cared at all. they also didn’t give us our entire order.
I only ordered a burger but the menus were a good variety.I have an allergy to dairy, and I love ice cream. But I was shown a nondairy dessert called a dilly bar..I found it delicious. I enjoyed the burger to.
Horrible! The Texas toast was paper thin, cold & too much butter. The chicken strips were cold & extra, extra crispy. The popcorn shrimp was all batter, many were missing. We'll stick w/Taco Joe's not all changes are good
