Incredibly inconsistent. I'm not sure what's going on with them recently but portions are all over- they range from average to tiny. Last visit I had to wait 25 minutes after my order pickup time to receive my order, and they hadn't even started making it. I ordered an extra burrito while I was in the location waiting and when adding the protein they scraped the bottom of the empty container and rather than grab a new one to give a proper scoop of meat they moved onto the rest and left it at that. Apologies were offered but not much more than that. Very disappointed lately.
I went into this Chipotle to get myself a regular bowl at night. But for some reason I was waiting too long while there was no one in front of me in line the employees were just standing around & looking at each other of who would take the customer(me). One of the ladies approached started to take my order. There were a lot of things missing they had no beans, no guacamole, no corn. It was disappointing at a point that so many things were missing & my bowl was not even full..just very disappointing & I don’t think I would be coming back here again.
They gave about 3 pieces of meat and a gallon of lettuce. They shook the tacos box; sour cream everywhere!!! The chips were heavily lacking in flavor. The worker was slamming ice into the soda machine for 30 minutes straight and to top it all off the water cups had sprite in them. Go find a different chipotle in the area. Don’t come here!!Update 2 hours later and my stomach is exploding. DO NOT COME HERE!!
To start off, I’ve been a regular chipotle customer at this particular location for over 5 years. They have always been a 5 star restaurant in my book, but in the past 6 months or so, customer satisfaction has gone way down, while the prices have continued to go up. I use the online ordering service regularly, and lately my bowl has been halfway filled every time. I reached out to customer service who sent me a BOGO coupon code in which I used at the Wantagh, NY location. Wantagh did not disappoint! The bowl was densely packed and heavy. The customer service agent said that he would be sending correspondence to the Levittown manager to make sure that the staff would be notified of this ongoing issue. Just yesterday I visited the Levittown location once again because I wanted to see how they improved in the past week. Once again, same thing… a bowl halfway filled. At this point, I have decided to no longer do business with this chipotle location. I hope someone in charge will see this and make the necessary improvements.
I thought it was a McDonald's that they had over here, my wife told me to run out and get her a Big Mac, I asked the employees if they could make me one, and they figured it out. When I got home I just took the wrapper off and put it on my plate for my wife, and she said it was great better than usual. Thanks guys happy wife happy life
Girl behind the counter more concerned with enforcing mask mandates than making a burrito. Fair enough but you guys lost my buisiness.
Empty everytime i come here yet still have to wait 30 minutes for online orders while they continue to bring out orders past my promise time, disappointing and the extra few minutes to get to the east meadow location is worth it to not have to deal with this low grade customer service each time
Love chipotle!!! Staff here is fast however sometimes they judge what you order… not cool bro!

I TRIED CHIPOLTE FOR THE 1ST TIME AND AM I GLAD I DID. THE BRISKET BOWL WAS AMAZING. AND MY WIFE REALLY ENJOYED HERS AS WELL. I GOT THE ORDER TO GO AND FIRST I NEED TO COMMEND THE 2 ASSOCIATES THAT TOOK CARE OF ME.....BRANDON & KATELN WERE AWESOME. I WAS A LITTLE SUPRISED WHEN THERE WAS NO CUP FOR STAFF GRATUITIES, THEY DESERVED IT. HOWEVER I SURE HOPE THE POWERS THAT BE READ THIS...THAT WOULD BE WORTH MORE THAN A GRATUITY. AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME FOOD I'LL BE BACK.THE GUY IN THE YYNOT T-SHIRT ON FRIDAY NIGHT
