Great place, delicious ice cream & the staff is really nice
I highly recommend this place. My husband and I went to get icecream. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and one of them was so kind that gave me two cups for my melting cones. I didn't got his name, but I thanks his kindness for the customers.
Has been in Levittown for ages. Family run, and the nicest family ever. Place is clean. Cakes are always fresh. Couldn't say anymore. But to me and my family, the Carvel, on Gardiners ave, near the Levittown post office is the best.
I'm so sad that I didn't get the name of the man who helped me, but I asked them if they had coconut he said coconut shavings ONLY, no ice cream. HOWEVER, this young man went above and beyond and gave me coconut shavings, vanilla ice cream, coconut shavings, and then the cookie dough pieces I had asked for as well. He even said it himself "sorry I went a little overboard" there's no such thing! He was relatively tall about 5"10 to 6'0 maybe and he had curly hair. He was very nice and had energy, he clearly liked being there and people like that deserve recognition!!! Bravo to this man for making my headache go away with this bad boy! He even put it in a larger cup so that it wouldn't make a mess! A lot of people in the food industry don't care, but he did--does! Give that man a raise!

Workers were incredibly nice and helpful, although fudgy the whales were sold out, me and my father had delicious hand crafted ice creams with sprinkles. The very best.
Best carvel, with the nicest workers…daughter has a severe food allergy and they have always been accommodating to that….one of the guys actually remembers her when she walks in, and if he doesn’t wait on her, he instructs the person that is….owner is a very nice, responsible guy and it shows with the way he runs the store ….cakes are actually the normal thickness, not like some other carvel stores where it has been very thin layered….we have 2 other carvels closer to our home, but always go here….keep up the good work!
Thick milkshakes, YES!! There are some new people learning, but the owner is set on giving his customers the best. The cakes & flying saucers are generously proportioned too!Everything is fresh & I am always greeted with a smile & "can I help you".I have 3 shops a little closer to my home, but I go to Levittown , so worth the trip!!
