The Health Department needs to shut down this store. I bought icecream for my family and the icecream was old with icicles also hair was discovered on bottom scoop. I felt something tugging at the spoon & to my dismay there was a long piece of brown hair in my icecream.
Worst coffee ever. Ordered a ice cappuccino was given coconut milk with ice. Upon complaining they mixed more coffee. It was disgusting waste of money. Threw away the whole coffee
I had the chance to by ice cream here around 7pm. Very rude this guy with glasses. No respect for pregnant ladies and don’t know to treat clients properly. If you’re restocking you cannot tell clients to order at coffee station when I’m buying ice cream. Plus the waffle cone he gave us expired nuts around it. It tasted horrible and it was so bad, I had to throw the ice cream away. Waste of time and money. I bought a donut, this guy uses the same dirty gloves he was using to bring the ice cream cans from downstairs to touch my donuts and bag it without the paper. I had to ask him to change the bag because it was all dirty and he just threw it at me.

This place never have Hot Fudge warm n ready ... no matter what time of the day you walk in for a Sundae. You ask for hot fudge they offer you sundae with chocolate Syrup... first time when i went it was around 8:45pm i was told it's finished to warm up another bag it will take longer n then they will be closing, i went many times, different times... as this one is close to my place n my kids luv their sundae w hot fudge.... We got our sundae with hot fudge only once out of 10 times... i pay for sundae .... end up getting just scoop of ice cream as my kids won't like syrup on it... they have flies flying inside, tables are dirty n floor too.... would drive little far to go to East Meadow location or Hicksville but not here anymore
