Made a mobile order with the wendys cash which is like a wallet on the app. Everything went through and had a free frosty. Got there and they said payment didn’t go through (weird because its already in their possession on the app. Then proceeds to charge me 9’dollars for a 5 dollar biggie bag and a frosty… the frosty was supposed to be free

I'm a fatty at heart but I have never been disappointed here. Burgers come out amazzingggg.
Every single time I go through the drive through here, even if there’s 0 cars, I get “one second” and sit there for 2 whole minutes. Dining in is always closed too. I hope management sees this and fixes it ASAP because I genuinely love this location.
Take out only...darn it!!! We made it just in time for their breakfast. The cashier gave us the rest of their potatoes. (Thanks!) Love their bacon and egg croissants!!! Yummy!!!
A little tight of a drive through, especially with all the other customers squeezed into the small space, their parking lot seemed to be full of commercial vehicles which made it harder for regular customers to find a spot, but overall fast and good service ??

They do a good drive thru business but I ate inside. The woman who waited on me was pleasant and efficient but the food was not that good. My baconator Jr was cold and tasteless, except for a few bites with bacon. The fries were cold and seemed undercooked. The tables could use a good cleaning. The floors and bathroom were clean. The trash was almost empty so no overflowing bin to dispose of wrappers, drink, etc.
Even under rush hour and pressure they still got my water right they were very courteous and did the right thing
Wendy's is one of the last good fast food franchises. They have chili and baked potatoes. That's a huge plus. It basically means you don't need to get fried food. That a pretty big deal for a place like this.
