Unfriendly staff, made a terrible mess of a sub
Ive worked for subways for over 10years. I was just in there and Ill say it was clean, and service was fast BUT the customer service sucks. They take your oder in the most monotone voice, no smiles, no chit chat, and I said thank you 4xs!!!! Not once did either of them respond. No have a good day or your are welcome ....Customer service is key

Got a fountain drink and went to get ice. Ice was out which was fine but I got black gunk in my cup from it which was not fine. I've worked in countless customer service jobs and have never had this happen so I'm not sure how it would. When I was getting my soda and I saw a hair or fuzz on the soda spout I was getting. Not a very friendly environment either. Won't be coming back to this Subway
Depending on time of day, employees can either be pleasant or unnecessarily rude.

The dining area is open. Only a few people at a time it's a good place to eat in during the virus.
Hard bread.
