Was an absolute gem of an eatery, my sister got fish and fries and I got a ginormous 8 oz burger, a plate of fries and coffee (freshly brewed) . I also had Baklava and an oatmeal cookie for dessert. Service was impeccable and the two out front workers never stopped to take a break. Definitely a great place to visit.
Everything is great but must have are the burgers and the wrap's and the best hummus
Excellent sandwich. Highly recommend.
Great food for a fair price! Friendly staff
Bad service, rude owner, food is not worth it. Stopped in for lunch with my husband. Stood waiting for service for 10 minutes, though there was no line. Ordered 1 veggie hummus bowl with eggplant, one wrap, a soda and a soup. We had to race out of the restaurant because of the delay. When we arrived home, the soup and a receipt were missing. We paid + $39, so we called the restaurant, and I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor (a man) spoke over me the whole time. He threatened to leave ME a bad review because I told him that the service was rude. I asked for my money back for the expensive soup. Before giving my credit card number, I asked for the man's name. He refused to give it to me. I told him that I could not give my credit card information to someone who would not give me his name, and I hung up. Unnecessary stress served up, rather than the delicious lunch we were hoping for.Echoing this review below, "Unless you enjoy wasting your time and waiting endlessly ..., I wouldn’t bother. You can do better"
This is our GO-TO lunch catering for work. Very rarely can you find a place everyone in the office agrees to - but this place routinely checks all the boxes. Even when we have last minute lunch platter requests they are always so gracious and accommodating. Their salads are delicious - cold and hot sandwich platters are out of this world!! This place should be your FIRST STOP for catering needs!!
I've had grilled sandwiches and sides from Saati, always very good. The only bad experience was the first time I had chicken shwarma and it was very dry and tough, and they forgot the side veggies and hummus. I just ordered three chicken shwarmas again recently and all three were very juicy and delicious with sides included. It must depend on who's cooking?
This place is definitely overpriced. For the price I was expecting a decent sized sandwich. The side is very small too. Talking about flavor it was alright.
I always order on-line and pick-up on my way home from work. Tonight had Mediterranean grilled chicken and onions Hummus bowl with added grilled eggplant. Delicious and so much good food I have dinner for tomorrow - and look forward to it. Friendly, helpful staff, too. Love this place.
I don’t often write reviews, but SAATI is an absolute hidden gem. We used them after a recommendation from a colleague. Luxe level catering that was unexpected outside of New York City or Brooklyn. The middle eastern dishes came with the authenticity of a home cooked meal, passed down from generation to generation, and Noam Saati personally oversaw and delivered the catering; with an attention to detail that was both thoughtful and expedient. Big thank you to SAATI catering for giving a boring black-tie event an unexpectedly Michelin Star feel. You guys totally hit it out of the park this week, can't tell you how impressed I was.
