Awesome meal and friendly waitress
I was sumwut pleased with the service. I used 2 eGift coupons taking $50 off the purchase of my fiance & my dinner. Although I did have 2 wait about 10 minutes b4 being able 2 b seated @ a table. It was just that busy bcuz the food is dun 2 ur liking. Only down part 4 me is that they no longer serve jalapeno coins as a side item & I like those alot both in my sandwich & as a side item. It's ok tho bcuz I definitely will b going again in the future & I suggest n e 1 else 2 go.
So it was the first time I had ever been to a red robin. My first impression of walking in was it was packed which had to mean the food was good. The place was clean for what the eye could see, and the place was nice and bright. Me and my aunt went there together. We both ordered water. Our server who brought out our water, didn't seem like she wanted to be there much. My aunts glass was dirty. My aunt nicely asked the server for another glass. The server gave her an attitude scrapped her glass with her fingers and said the cup is just old. but clearly when she scrapped it with her dirty fingers, dirt came up. So the server snatched the cup up off the table. Our food was nice and hot. We ordered an Onion ring tower, with different sauces. That was pretty good. I ordered hot wings with steak fries, my aunt ordered fish and fries. The food was very good. nice hot and fresh. The flavor of the chicken was great. However every single one of my wings the bones were broken. Every time i went to bite into a piece of chicken I got a piece of bone in my mouth too. and it was grossing me out.. If the bones weren't broken the chicken would've been perfect. And besides the server giving a nasty attitude when asked to bring us a new glass of water. Overall it wasn't a bad place.
Got the whiskey burger and the sweet potato fries, there was an up charge for unlimited sweet potato fries. The third set was the best. The 1 st set of sweet potatoes fries were cold, the 2nd a lil charged and third was hot and tasty. The wait was about 20 mins before getting seated to order. I’d rather eat in any day cause I saw how long the take out orders sat there waiting for the customer to come pick up their orders. The food must get cold cause it does not sit in a warming unit till customers come to pick up their food.
Amazing ? , good atmosphere and good service
ordered gluten free items, and was served meal with gluten. when it was pointed out, and brought back to the kitchen I heard the cook say, we will just take it off and put it on the side. sorry that's not good enough when I have a medical issue preventing me from eating gluten!
I always love this place. Weather its busy or slow the restaurant is always clean, The staff is nice and attentive. The food is ALWAYS GOOD! No matter if you're looking for a nice lunch with a friend or a break from cooking for you and the kids, this is the place to go!
We had a great experience tonight. From the service to the food. We were seated right away which was a delightful surprise in a Friday night. Multiple staff members kept the drinks flowing. The food was cooked and flavored perfectly. My favorite part will always be that I can order extra broccoli.
Service was terrific. Food was delicious and the bathroom is always clean. I always check the kitchen out at restaurants because clean kitchen makes better food. Go dine in. It's family friendly as well
The burger was cooked a perfect medium. The sweet potato fries just the right amount of crunch without being burnt. The freckled lemonade, omg. If you like strawberries this is it!
