The chicken sandwich is the bomb !! I’ve had it the last 2 days ! It is awesome !
I waited there while my pick up order was on the counter in front of the kitchen, so I figured it wasn’t ready yet. After about 15 minutes, I walked up saw that it was sealed shut and signed off by an employee, and grabbed it to go. I received a rude comment from a female worker in the back of the kitchen saying “you know you can’t just take those when they haven’t been moved to the pick up shelf” and I explained that I had been waiting there staring at it, and my food was sitting there getting cold. She huffed under her breathe. Everything in my order was in the bag so it was obviously ready for pickup. It is clear these people do not understand professionalism or customer service!
Haven’t been there since the pandemic started. Forgot how good it was. I really enjoyed it.
Have had horrible experience with Panera since they moved. I took a chance yet again today and ended up getting a green passion smoothie. It’s not even a smoothie, not even halfway blended. It had huge ice chunks in it along with huge pieces of spinach.
It was good fresh food. The croutons and cheese were missing from the top of the tomato soup but it was delicious anyway . The bread was fresh and soft.
Service was really fast and friendly customer service. However, they seem to never have croissants every time I visited.
I ordered a rapid pick up order online. It was ready very quickly and the order was accurate. I used a gift card for the order and input my debit card information for the difference. The gift card didn't go through and my debit card was charged the full amount. The manager made it so simple to reconcile this issue. I was able to use the gift card and my money was refunded to my debit card. I am extremely satisfied with this Panera location's service and the food was great, obviously.
I went at 8, an hour before close and they had NO bread, I ordered 3 bread bowls but had to drive away, my order one costed over $30, I left ,drove past and they're inside flirting Instead of baking bread an hour before close, that's losing sales by the dozens. I'll never go there again.
Got food quick, place was clean. Didn't have to talk to a single employee. Ordered through the kiosk, text message when it was ready.
Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables.My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it.
