Myself and a friend recently on a Sunday afternoon stopped in for lunch. The service was ok but I am sorry when there's 2 other parties already seated and eating and there's 4 to 5 staff members, 2 or 3 of which only came out of the back room briefly, every table in the place was filthy as well as every station in the resturaunt. Let's not mention napkins and other forms of debris all over the floors. No one made any effort my entire visit to come out and clean up. We have an old saying if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Sadly I will no longer use this establishment nor any other Moe's at this point. If this is acceptable by this chain I no longer need to stop there.
I placed a catering order with this business on May 15, 2022 for a Bridal Shower event on June 5, 2022. This catering order was very costly and it was for a Bridal Shower for a woman who has dietary restrictions and loves Moes. The Wednesday before my event (event was on Sunday) I called the business to confirm my order and ensure they will be delivering the food to my event. I received the confirmation. Little did I know that the day of my event, it would take me over 45 minutes to get in touch with someone and after I had over 30 women waiting for food, this "business" told me that they could no longer fulfill my catering order due to an internal miscommunication. I have called every day to receive my refund of almost $500 (which they charged my card the day before my event!) and I have yet to hear back from someone. I will never do business here again. I cannot believe THE DAY OF MY EVENT, they fall through on a catering order and then do not even have the decency to return a phone call. Do not recommend for catering.
Don’t order through Grubhub or they will completely botch your order. Over the last 3 months I’ve ordered the same bowl and I never get the same quality/quantity/correct ingredients. I get burnt adobo chicken 9/10 orders. They’ve always forgotten chips and salsa. Apparently they don’t read the order because tonight they forgot 4 ingredients and ignore any special notes (really, you forgot cheese?). Sick of wasting my money here for garbage.
So good! Came here just for the queso and enjoyed a nice homewrecker! All of the ingredients tasted pretty fresh and the chicken was not dry at all (I was worried) thanks for lunch Moe's. Was delicious!
Tried to place an order over the phone, was told very rudely 'we don't do that, you gotta order online'.. attempted to order online, very confusing process. Ended up ordering in store. They were out of salsa, black beans, and other items that are staples in their menu. The white meat chicken that we got was burnt, the chips we received were crumbs. My mother got a bone in her burrito. Never again. Very disappointing.
This location WAS great. Now every time they forget at LEAST 3 things. No guac- LOADED with guac. Yes free chips!-- NOTONE CHIP GIVEN!!Do BETTER!!!!
This business is the worst!! I made online order 11/6/21 went to pick up and store closed! I could see employees and one finally opened door to tell they were out of food!!! ? I asked for money back and he told me to call management! Called management and was told they confirmed my order and would refund my money! Emailed again twice now still no refund?
This place is a complete joke I’ve been going here for well over 6 months and it just gets worse and worse. Today finally did it for me, you take forever to make a burrito, then put the wrong one in my bag! Honestly it’s a joke the drink machines never have 25% of the product, and there are very few employees here who give a darn. Day shift is terrible night shift is better. But I totally see why chipotle runs this area.
Staff is very rude, went in tonight and two of the employees were fighting and screwing up orders. The tall guy making the burritos was messing up so we had to wait an additional 25 minutes just to have our order wrong. Worst location ever
First and foremost this place need to be shut down I wish I wasn’t able to even put the one star that’s how bad it sucked. Corporate really needs to be contacted as well as the health department they have the employees working in such a hazardous unsanitary work environment apparently it’s a plumbing issue and it smells so bad the food is dried out and terrible the staff have a attitude problem maybe because they have to work under such circumstances some Spanish lady told me she was the manager and if I don’t like it I can eat elsewhere she was so unprofessional and rude I asked for a refund and she used profanity in Spanish then she proceeded to talk to her workers and make fun of the situation never in my life have I experienced such disrespect ordering food I hope they get new management soon and a plumber until then I would not be returning to this location ever again. It’s a joke very nasty dirty dusty stink etc poor poor poor customer service please stay away
