Took over 30 minutes for an online order. I ordered double meat and no green peppers. The meat seemed light and it had pieces of green pepper inside.
I didn't even want to give this a one star review. I have never been so disappointed with service. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for two regular sized subs. And for a store that was not packed, making these sized subs should not have taken that long. Another customer was waiting longer prior to me coming in and when I asked to speak with a manager, an employee who was very agitated with the amount of orders said that he was the "closest person to a manager at that time." His attitude was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I am so disappointed with this service.
Had a great bunch of sandwiches here. Ingredients nice and fresh. Guy at the counter really patient with my little one trying to figure out what to order. Really appreciated their service and the product.
This is the second time I’ve been to this sub shop. The first time I was disappointedThis time today Extremely disappointingAsked for no onions for my son”s big kahuna steak sub and saw the lady adding the onions thankfully and informed her I requested no onions on the sub. Next I order the sub club that was suppose to find with baconWell I got home and we went to eat the subs and no bacon and then the steak sandwich was missing the cheese very upsetting when you pay over 17 dollars for a giant sub ( way over priced even for todays standard) I will never eat at this sub shop Ever againI called to speak to a manager and was told one would not be there till Monday and this wason a Friday at 4:40 pm overpriced food and not worth the money!!!!!
I was there about an hour ago. The older gal working there in the team of three was very unprofessional in her treatment of her co-worker Shawn. She berated him numerous times in the 10 minutes or so while I was in the store. Highly unprofessional behavior in front of the customers. Air out your grievances in private. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.
Nothing like going to a Sub shop at 6pm on a Saturday night and being told….”We’re out of bread.” Thanks Jersey Mike’s due to your poor planning, we discovered a new favorite sub shop!!
At 10 minutes till 9 they won’t make a sub! Very disappointed! If you close at 9pm you should be able to serve your customers until 9. I usually order from there 3 times a week but I won’t be ordering anymore!
I ordered on line through the Jersey Mikes app. Now I don’t think one visit justifies an opinion of the overall establishment, but three times of using this app at the Latham NY location I feels does.All three occasions of ordering from the latham NY Jersey mikes the order was wrong, mind you all three times the order was the same. Then upon entering to pick up my order and checking to see if it was correct (it was made wrong) but no apologies just I made the mistake when I ordered. I accepted this the first time but the second time not only did I use app but called to make sure I had placed it correctly only to be told again maybe I should have called it in so the third time I use app and call show up no order even made. He checks computer and says they don’t have that order I must have used another location. I show him my phone email confirmation to verify. He looks at computer for another couple minutes. Says I don’t see it. I asked for a refund, he stated it’s not I. The system for me to refund. Takes my order had to wait for him to take and make four orders then started mine. Unbelievable that’s all I can say.Now I have been to several locations never had an issue this is the closest to home. Product is great that is why I choose to go to them just don’t go to Latham NY
It wàs a wonderful place to eat. Workers were friendly. And the best part is all the meat they use on their subs is cut to order. They do not pre-cut any of the meats.
The sub was huge and delicious. First time there for me. Not big into subs but will probably go again.
