I am AGAIN complaining about Todd who works in the evening at this location. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered and can't believe he is still employed working with the public. Every time I go there when he is on shift he is rude, inappropriate (swearing), and slams the window in your face. He obviously hates his job and it reflects poorly on your business, franchise or not. I have actually pulled up to the drive through and when I heard his voice have left and chose not to engage him. I can also tell you that he is the same miserable self with other employees as well.
I’m so beyond disgusted with this Dunkin.. Me and my mom are loyal Dunkin' people, we go more than once a day.. We’ll latley I’ve had to stop at the Dunkin a crossed from the airport and 99% of the time it’s this BEYOND rude gentleman named Todd I believe.. I’m not one to complain but every time he’s there and I order a drink he gets it wrong, I ask him nicely to fix it and he gives me the worlds biggest attitude.. I’d go there earlier in the day and different employees will say he’s rude and they won’t fire him bc they have no one to work the evening shift.. which I get but there’s no reason for an attitude all the time.. Today he made my order wrong, I asked him to fix it and he slammed the window in my face multiple times and shoved my drink in my face. I’ll never go there again, and those who associate with me won’t be going either..
The worst Dunkin id1878 donuts have ever been to they constantly get the order wrong constantly and I'm always coming But I can't go back and have them corrected so I just get to work with a mess up order they are the worst the absolute worst below it worst 0 stars if I could negative 5 stars
Always quick, service is excellent, order is always made correctly, kind employees. And it’s one of the very few places I always consistently see cleaning. No complaints.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. First they tell me my snacking bacon can’t be warmed up then I get a grilled cheese that isn’t even toasted and the cheese isn’t even melted. Then I ask for a small and they charge me for a large. My bagel was never toasted.
My partner loves their coffee but I'm not a coffee drinker. It's called Dunkin' DONUTS so you would think they would have a good selection of tasty donuts, but no. Skimpy selection of too-small, stale donuts. FAIL.
The donuts were good... They need to have more workers...
This is my place to hangout and get a great cup of coffee,and the people are always friendly.
