DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!Terribly managed and never open due to short staffed. They do not turn on any type of voice recording so the phone will ring endlessly.Placed a preorder on the app to end up having to show up at the store to find out they shut the entire location down with no sort of notifications to customers regarding being completely closed. Sign on the door said “temp hours 4p-9p” yet when arriving at 6pm, you would’ve thought they just shut that location down for good. Well maybe they should since no one will work & everyone can be routed to the Hoosick Store..Since they did not turn the phones or ordering process off when they closed the store, no one was able to cancel or get money back from orders that were placed and prepaid. Talk about needing to train on basic customer service…ORDER with the Troy Hoosick location, THEY ARE THE REAL MVPS!!! That team is holding it down while Latham is sleeping & loosing business. Troy has everything fresh hot and ready and they was able to (semi) turn the night around after getting a hot banging pizza!
No delivery half the time, Store never answers phone, and sometimes you cant even order online.edit: seems ordering online just isnt a thing anymore with this store
I LOVE Wendy, she’s great. But theres another manager who usually takes over for her thats the worst. The store closes at 11 PM and I get a phone call at 8:56 PM that she had to cancel my order because the store is closed? Dominos do better.
I am trying to place an order on your website and it says to call the store. I call the store just to be hung up on. Then I go back to the website and it says you’re not delivering at this time and that your lobby is closed for take out orders?! So why the hell are you even open then if you’re not delivering or allowing anyone into the lobby for take out orders?!
In the last week I've ordered from this store twice with my first order being much larger than my second. In wither case, both times my order was taken by the store by phone and was incorrect once we went to eat it. After calling back and waiting over a week for a manager to return my calls, I escalated to the website because no manager will do anything to fix my orders and give me what I paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service and horrible manager Tina!
Ordered a pizza online for pickup. Waited for the timer to tell me when to come to the store and even arrived 5 minutes after the notification saying the pizza was ready. When I get to the store they take my payment and then tell me that the pizza is just coming out of the oven. 20 minutes later I come to the conclusion that they didn't even start making my pizza until I had already arrived. So they were just pushing orders through the timer to keep their numbers up. So I had to wait an extra half an hour to get a silly little medium pizza. . .
Good Bargain food. Website should be better
They're actually pretty good the only thing I didn't like was the kid had hair hanging all over the place
The food was mediocre but the driver was spectacular. We ordered for delivery a few days ago and the time to get here was long but the drivers attitude and willingness to ensure satisfaction was above any dominos I have ordered from. If you are ordering from this place I highly recommend you request the driver to be Chris, as he is always delightful. Furthermore he brought us a menu and explained the new coupons and products offered by dominos that I wouldn’t have noticed until he brought it to my attention. This man is an asset to this dominos and I hope he stays here years to come! I will be ordering here just for the service that Chris provides!
My wife and I ordered dominos for the first time a few days ago after moving into our place on the block near 19th street. Chris is the best driver out there as he not only ensured our delivery was on time but also commented that if we had any issues or concerns with the order to contact him directly. I have never seen a dominos operate that way and I appreciate the care this dominos has on its customers. Will definitely not be a stranger to this dominos!
