The food here is truly delicious. My main issue, though, is the length of time it takes to get your food. I know everything is made to order and requires a little wait, but when I pick up for customers, they always take a ridiculous amount of time. It's like delivery orders get pushed back for orders that have walked in which is annoying and not fair considering my customers ordered before the walk-in customers arrive. I frequently will drop my orders from here because of the wait time. I love their subs, otherwise.
Very good old fashioned subs. I got the Dagwood and it did not disappoint. A lot of meat and the bread was wonderful. We will be going back.
Subs were good and made super quickly. Inside was decently clean, tables could of been a little cleaner. The employees were very nice and seemed to be having a good time while still working very efficiently. Nice place, good subs!
My wife and I both love this place. Way better than Jersey Mike's!!! I usually get the whole wheat bread with turkey, swiss, lettuce, and onion. I wish they had a couple more topping options like jalapenos but this place I'm always willing to make the 15 min drive (past other sub shops) to get a great sub.
Ordered through GrubHub. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. I received a bowl with lettuce and chicken. Small containers of buffalo sauce and a packet of blue cheese dressing. It didn’t come with the onions, banana peppers or pepper jack cheese.Clearly they do not care about delivery orders. As much as everyone says they are great if they good. If they don’t care about how they send out food for delivery I will never use them again or tell anyone else to go there.
Great customer service here today and the food was exceptional. The place was busy and they got us all in and out fast.
I came back here after not coming for a couple of years. This is my favorite sub place in the NY Capital District, and I thought it likely I would end up giving them a 5. I personally have had the meatball sub as well as tuna and ham subs, and they have all been quite good. I had the meatball upon my recent return here, and it wasn't quite as good as I remembered. Still good though, and the subs are a generous size. I ordered a medium and couldn't finish it. The small size is enough to fill up on.The prices are also higher now, which is not a surprise, but I have to consider them in the rating. What was a 5 at the old prices may only be a 4 at the new prices. Still I pick this place over Jersey Mike's, Subway, and especially Mr. Subb.
Try the nachos!!
My local go to sub shop. If there's a line, it moves quickly and the staff friendly. Their house oil, on an everything roll, with all the veggies makes everything taste even better. Out of all the chains, their chocolate chip cookies are hands down the best. They have depth of flavor, it's not just white sugar sweet.
The lack of care with the employees at this location is sad, after a long day at work (12 hour shift) I stopped at dibellas in latham and got a sub I got the God father . I get home open the sub and there is just dibellas oil leaking off of the sub , the white wrapper of the sub was no longer white it was clear, so I went out to my car and sure enough the oil leaked onto my leather seat in my new car. I couldn't even eat the sub there was so much oil on it, so I am out almost 15 dollars for the sub and if the oil won't come out of my seat , I'm looking at a lot more money, I'm not sure if the person that was making my sub was in a bad mood or just another stoned teenager, but they shouldn't work there if they are this incompetent and shame on dibellas management for not overseeing and training better
